Teresa does a wonderful job with all of the patients. All of them seem to be as well as expected. One man name John did become aggressive with her, but she handled it with professionalism and patience. She is an asset to your organization. The facility was nice and clean.

It was a pleasure touring The Waterford at Decatur with Kamilla, Director of Sales. The facility is beautifully designed and well-maintained, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The staff is not only professional but also caring, attentive and genuinely passionate about the well-being of the residents. I met a few of the staff, including Lakeshia, Director of Nursing. The staff greets every resident with a smile, kindness and respect. The personal touch is evident in every interaction, and it's clear that the staff prioritizes both the physical and emotional comfort of their residents.
