The staff in Inspired Living (memory care) are the best! My 102 year old mother has been living there for almost 3 years. Every day I visit her she seems happy. She's always clean and dressed nicely with matching jewelry. There's a lot of activities every day to keep the residents occupied if they want to participate. The staff all seem to genuinely care about the residents.

My mother has been in the memory care wing of Holbrook of Decatur for over a year and we have been very pleased. The facilities are beautiful and kept immaculate. The staff is what sets Holbrook apart especially in the memory care unit. They treat my mother and me as family. The Director is always checking in on us. The individual caregivers are special!! They notice the little things. Know when my mother is not herself or tired which can be challenging as she doesn't speak much. I highly recommend Holbrook of Decatur for anyone making the difficult decision to move their parent(s).

The Holbrook Decatur is not only a beautiful facility, but the staff is warm and friendly. So much attention is paid to the needs of the residents! My mother especially loved the activities, classes, and her favorite was playing Bingo with friends. We appreciate the kindness and support, especially the amazing bartender/server, Crystal Holmes!

My mother has been at Holbrook’s Inspired Living for 2 months and has been doing really well. She settled in relatively easy thanks to the staff & Director, Ms. Latoya Blake who have made my mother feel so comfortable and welcome to the community. My mother is more active and engaged than I’ve seen her in a long time. I was riddled with guilt about this decision but frankly, she’s doing better than we could have expected. I’m particularly impressed with the activities available for the residents and the Activity Coordinator, Kendra, is awesome!
