As soon as I stepped foot into this magnificent place, I was struck by its grand and regal ambiance. But what truly left a lasting impression was the warmth and kindness of the staff. From the moment I arrived, I was embraced with open arms and treated like family. Rachel Henderson, the Director of Sales & Marketing, was an absolute delight to meet. Her extensive knowledge and caring nature put me at ease, making me feel right at home. The attention to detail and personalized care were truly exceptional. Thank you for an unforgettable visit!

While I did not decide on The Terraces- mainly because Dad really just needs a room as he is not social/doesn't eat in dining room etc etc this place was AMAZING and Rachel the Sales director went above and beyond and was absolutely lovely in fact if I chose based solely on sales directors she was a clear winner! The facility felt like a 5 star hotel and if/when it is my time will be the number one choice! I highly suggest you give this place a shot if amenities and all that are truly high on your list!!

I have had the opportunity to attend several functions at The Terraces. Good food, beautiful environment, lots of social activities and most important “happy residents “. Their Sales Team is knowledgeable and great to work with.
