I had the pleasure of working with Nancy, and I can't speak highly enough of her. She was incredibly kind, compassionate, and professional while showing my dad around. Her warm approach made the whole experience comfortable and enjoyable. The community itself is absolutely beautiful — peaceful, welcoming, and well-maintained. It's clear that this is a top-notch place, offering not just excellent amenities but also a genuine sense of care for its residents. Nancy made sure my dad felt at ease, and I left with the feeling that this community would be a wonderful place for him. Highly recommend!

I am very glad that my mom was living at American House, during what would become the final (almost) 3 months of her life. American House is physically beautiful, and clean, with a ton of engaging activities, and a warm, inviting & uplifting atmosphere. When I first toured the place, I felt like I was on a cruise ship on land. I joked with my mom that she could stay at the condo and I’d move into American House instead! From the very beginning, I felt the heartfelt care the staff has for the residents, and over time experienced their sincere desire and actions to do what they could to help make the residents lives safe, pleasant and fun, as well as address and resolve any issues quickly. From moving-in day to after my mom passed away, I got to experience how caring, kind and helpful the staff were. From the Maintenance men, to Maria and Maquita at reception, the CNAs, Doctor Daniel, Alicia and Dorion in Wellness, Jorge, the Head Chef, Maribel – in charge of activities, Heather in charge of housekeeping and Renee in charge of nursing. Most of the staff here are doing this work because they are passionate about it, and truly care about the residents. It shows. While no place is 100% perfect, this was the right and perfect place for my mom to be, including during the last days of her life, where she was kept comfortable and peaceful. If I had to do it all over again, I would happily and gratefully have my mom live at American House Coconut Point, Estero.

My brother and I toured American House Coconut Point with Nancy. What a great facility! It is so impressive and has so many options. We were amazed at how nice everyone was. Nancy was informative and so friendly. She seemed to know just what we were looking for. Thanks, Nancy!

My father has been in memory care for almost 5 years and my mother in independent for over 2. Abi and her team have been great to work with. I highly recommend American House Coconut Point if this season of life is needed for your family!
