Inspired Living at Bonita Springs

I recently visited Inspired Living at Bonita Springs, and I was truly impressed! The building is absolutely beautiful bright, clean, and welcoming. The new staff are so kind, caring, and attentive, and it’s clear they genuinely love what they do. The residents looked so happy and well cared for, which speaks volumes about the team. The directors are all wonderful warm, professional, and clearly dedicated to creating a positive, uplifting environment. It was such a pleasure to see all the wonderful changes happening at the community. Truly inspiring!

Six months ago we moved our 84-year-old brother from Boston to Florida because he was diagnosed with dementia. Looking for a memory care facility is an more daunting task than I expected. After visiting several facilities in the Bonita Springs area, I selected Inspired Living. It was an excellent decision. Over the past 6 months the appearance, and maintenance of the facility has exceeded my expectations. It is a bright and clean unit that is well managed. It takes a special type of person to care for dementia patients. Inspired Living has such staff members at every level of the organization. There are a few I want to call out: • General Manager Kathryn: she is an experienced leader and very accessible to family members. She has been a very big help to me. • Head Nurse Jenny: is very knowledgeable, accessible and prompt in her responses to resident as well as family needs. • Care Giver Ann: Her personality is so giving and her dedication to dementia residents is admirable. After 6 months of frequent visits, I feel even more confident that we found the proper place for my brother. I highly recommend Inspired Living.

I am beyond grateful for the incredible improvements that have taken place at Inspired Living at Bonita Springs. The level of care and attention given to the residents has truly transformed under the new management. You can see and feel how much they genuinely care about the well-being and happiness of everyone who lives there. A special thank you to Yuni, whose leadership has made all the difference. She has gone above and beyond in every way imaginable, setting a wonderful example for the team. Her dedication and hard work have truly turned the community around. The changes are visible everywhere! The building is clean, the residents are well-groomed, and they look happy and well cared for. It’s heartwarming to see such a positive environment where residents can truly thrive. Thank you to Yuni and the entire Inspired Living team for restoring confidence and peace of mind to families like mine. It’s clear that you all genuinely care and it shows every single day!

This facility used to be decent, but since the recent management change, things have gone downhill. I was told the change would make things better, but it’s been the opposite. My mom used to be happy here, and now she’s not. Top management —Uni, Catherine and Jenny — keep talking in circles while staff continue to quit or get fired. It no longer feels like the focus is on the residents’ care or well-being. The new employees often can’t communicate effectively in English and don’t appear to be properly trained or qualified to work in memory care. The facility is also noticeably understaffed, which only adds to the problems. The final straw was when Susan, who truly cared about the residents, was fired for no apparent reason. She was the main reason my mom stayed at this facility as long as she did. If you’re considering placing your loved one here, I’d strongly suggest thinking twice. The residents deserve better care, qualified staff, and management that truly puts them first. Stay away!!
