Inspired Living at Bonita Springs

My mom has vascular dementia and moving her in is a worry for a loving son. I am glad to say that Gigi and the entire staff, under Director Teresa are amazing!!! My mom arrived to a welcome from many of the staff, a printed welcome sign on the counter and on a literal red carpet! Truly an heart felt welcome from Inspired! After the one full day after she moved in, the love from the staff helped to make her transition short! She is already smiling in the picture I say on their Facebook feed! From the bottom of my heart, Thank you. 🙏 3-19-26 Update Two things; 1. I forgot to mention the professionalism and genuine care from Yuni. This whole unexpected move for my mom occurred after hours and Yuni, Regional Health and Wellness Director took time and put her personal life on hold to accommodate my mom and her assessment. Thank you Yuni! 2. Also even the staff at the front desk, Rose and Chane’, Director ,Business & People, always made sure I was helped with anything I needed. Thanks! 3. Finally, this day four for my mom and because of the staff here my mom has acclimated wonderful due to the amazing and attentive staff! Thank you. I hope I have made myself clear from a person who is very nervous for the care of my mother and I want all to know that I made the best and safest choice for my Mom. Thank you all at Inspired Living!

We are so very pleased that we learned of Inspired Living from my mom's home visiting nurse. Do to worsening of my mom's Alzheimer’s it was clear she needed more help and care. The entire staff is amazing and my mom is receiving wonderful care. I visit regularly several times a week and the facility is always clean and staff is always engaged with residents. I highly recommend this memory care facility for your loved one in need of specialized care and attention.

This facility used to be decent, but since the recent management change, things have gone downhill. I was told the change would make things better, but it’s been the opposite. My mom used to be happy here, and now she’s not. Top management —Uni, Catherine and Jenny — keep talking in circles while staff continue to quit or get fired. It no longer feels like the focus is on the residents’ care or well-being. The new employees often can’t communicate effectively in English and don’t appear to be properly trained or qualified to work in memory care. The facility is also noticeably understaffed, which only adds to the problems. The final straw was when Susan, who truly cared about the residents, was fired for no apparent reason. She was the main reason my mom stayed at this facility as long as she did. If you’re considering placing your loved one here, I’d strongly suggest thinking twice. The residents deserve better care, qualified staff, and management that truly puts them first. Stay away!!

I highly recommend Inspired Living. They are all very happy, responsive, personable caregivers. You feel the happiness every time you are there. My parents have been there 2 months as I write this. It is also very clean. The nurses, administrators and staff are all very responsive and personable. My dad is 86 with late stage Alzheimer's, in a wheelchair. My mom is 80 with early-mid Vascular Dementia. It is a nice safe place for them both. They both like the food. They have started excursions and my mom has been liking those. My dad enjoys the music events and he even participated in art. They have a lot of events and activities. Every time I'm there (probably about 15 times now) the residents are out and being well cared for. It's a good place. (We were at a not good place before this. ) The administrators also really help the families. I don't know what I would do without them!
