Came to Memphis this week to visit senior living facilities and help pick one for my aunt. Brightmore was by far the best fit! It’s bright, well designed, welcoming, and comfortable. Lee Anne Harris made a huge difference by helping us through the process, giving clear information and a thorough tour, and answering all of our follow up questions. She and her team made us feel very taken care of in every conversation.

Thank you Brightmore of East Memphis staff for all that you do. You give service with a smile and that is so very important to residents as well as their family. We like knowing that this is not just a job for you. All of you deserve kudos for your willingness to answer questions and for being so accommodating to requests from people who frankly have no clue what they're doing. We met Ms. Lee Ann Harris when we were researching Assisted Living facilities for our oldest sister. She has guided us through the process with a level of compassion rarely seen today. The transition is an emotional journey for all concerned but Ms. Harris was knowledgeable about what your facility had to offer and welcomed us whole heartedly. We can't thank her enough for making us feel like family. Thanks again to ALL the Brightmore staff we've encountered. YOU ARE AWESOME!

I like to know about the businesses in my community so I called and made an appointment at Brightmore of East Memphis to take a look. Mrs. LeeAnn was very pleasant over the phone and when I met her, she was welcoming and professional. That means so much to so many so I thought that I would share. The tour that she gave was phenomenal. It was thorough and it was timely. She not only cared about showing me the amazing property and sharing the information, but she was cognizant of my time and very knowledgeable regarding specifics. She kept a pleasing disposition throughout. What a nice facility and I can honestly say that Mrs. Lee Ann is a Bright light at Brightmore.
