For those of you reading this review, i can assume you are attempting to find the best quality facility with a reasonable price for someone you love. I found the perfect fit with The Summit of Germantown. My mother has lived in the Memory Care unit since her fall in May 2025. I am THRILLED with the level of care she receives, but what sets them apart is the staff! There was no pressure by the sales team. I was presented with clear pricing and the level of care she requires. They patiently walked me through this confusing and overwhelming process, even while I was looking at other facilities. When I visit my Mom these days, I am greeted by Nurses and caregivers that I have had the pleasure of getting to know. It is truly a blessing to partner with such capable team! I pray your search turns out as successful as ours has!! Thank you Summit team!!!

I was invited to the recent “pig roast” by a resident family member and the food was phenomenal! The facility is like a 5 star resort and my family member is very happy living there. The staff was very friendly and considerate. All of the residents are so delightful and fun. When I am ready to downsize and just take life a little bit easier, this is the place for me!

I moved my loved one into this facility in July 2025 and I couldn’t be more pleased! I LOVE THIS PLACE! Not only is it clean and beautiful, it is safe and full of people who CARE! From marketing to the concierge, maintenance, kitchen, activities, or housekeeping teams, I have never come across any employee who made us feel they weren’t happy to be there and help in any way they can. Our loved one was extremely hesitant to move to a retirement community but he is SO HAPPY HERE! He was willing to give it a try thanks to the month to month contract rather than being tied to an annual contract. He is in Independent Living and has really come out of his shell. That warms my heart and gives me comfort I can’t describe! The food is fantastic and the community is fun, inclusive, and safe! I don’t worry about him because I am so comfortable with where he is! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE SUMMIT OF GERMANTOWN!!! Call them directly!

My mom lives here and the place is nice, clean, and well-managed. I toured a lot of assisted living places, and this was not only the best experience, but also one of the most affordable. Every person on staff is so kind and patient, and mom loves that there are lots of social opportunities. She’s been happier there than she was at my house, and it’s nice to hear her talk about making new friends.
