The Stratford was the perfect place for my MIL. She started out living in the beautiful cottages in independent living and when she kept falling, she transferred to assisted living in the main building. We couldn't have been more pleased with the care she received there. The staff went above and beyond in answering our questions, reacting to concerns, being approachable & reachable, & treating her like one of their own family members. She made many friends there. She was able to visit a doctor, as well as occ. & physical therapy in the facility, as needed. My husband & I highly recommend the Stratford. A big shout out to Brad, the administrator, & Jodi, the social worker. They are truly the BEST in ALL of Indy!

I want to highly commend the “fun squad” at the Stratford. Marissa, Michele, and Stephanie. From water balloon fights, museum trips, ice cream socials, Indian baseball games, and a tricycle mini 500 in the lobby area - these fine ladies provide a loving, creative, and entertaining environment for my mom and the other assisted living patrons. Such caring entertaining events are truly appreciated by my mother and myself. You get an A+++ in my book. Keep it up.

As we approach our 1st anniversary on June 14, we are beyond happy with our decision to call The Stratford home. Among all the wonderful staff, there is one person who truly stands out, Stephanie. From the very beginning, she made our transition from our previous home seamless and enjoyable. Even now, she continues to check in on us and offers support in so many thoughtful ways. Her genuine care for others is evident, and it's clear she truly loves what she does. Whether it’s her warm smile, friendly greeting, or authentic interest in how we're doing, Stephanie always brings a sense of positivity and humor. She is exceptional in her role, and we feel incredibly fortunate to have had her lead us through our transition. We're grateful to have her as part of our journey at The Stratford. I was hired to resurface showers for The Stratford in Carmel. This is the first time I’ve reviewed a client, however the atmosphere created at this resort style senior living environment compels me to do so. From the first time I walked in and met the front desk staff as well as maintenance and operations, I’ve been treated with the utmost respect and care. We’ve now spoken with housekeeping, restaurant staff, and PT practitioners, all with the same devotion to excellence. I have been wondering what it is that makes this place so special, and I’ve determined that it is the love created with each interaction, no matter who it’s with. If my grandparents were still with us, I’d do anything to have them experience this peace, love and connection. Grateful Vendor
