Wonderful all the way around. I am a daughter looking with her mom just to get a feel for it and I see it as a wonderful place to live, socialize, be healthy, meet new friends. Right when you walk in you are welcomed with a smile. Friendly people all over. The faculty is beautiful with so many opportunities to socialize. We had lunch and the food was great and the service so polite and friendly. The staff is not pushy, does not rush conversations, and listens to your situation. I think it’s 5 stars!

The Sheridan at Oak Brook is a lovely, upscale community. The food is wonderful, the staff is caring and engaging, and the residents are truly happy here. After visiting The Sheridan at Oak Brook while searching for the right place for my mom and dad, I walked out feeling a huge sense of relief. From the moment we came in, the staff were warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive not just to us, but to every resident we saw. It felt like they truly knew the people who live there and cared about their day-to-day happiness. What really touched me was how lively the community felt. There were activities going on, residents laughing together, and a sense of real connection everywhere you looked. It didn’t feel clinical or impersonal it felt like a place where my mom and dad could stay active, social, and supported. Leaving that day, I felt comforted knowing this is the kind of environment where they would be treated with kindness and respect, while still enjoying life. It honestly felt like we found the place we’d been hoping for.
