Danielle was amazing. Foremost, her empathy, professionalism and commitment to excellence were plainly evident from our initial contact, through ongoing text messages, an emergency reschedule and even her willingness to collaborate and to partner with a colleague due to an industry engagement that.required travel. Her knowledge of industry standards, key performance indicators, objectives and key results put all of my concerns and questions to rest. I told them that my father needed a quality SNF for 6 weeks, before relocating to another country. They sent an agreement for 12 months. The facility is excellent, but I didn’t appreciate being tendered an agreement with a 12 month commitment, when I’d explained that I was moving my loved one to live with me in another country, but needed a safe and competent place to look after his dementia and brain injuries following 4 strokes.

I am the POA for a recent resident. She has only been there for five weeks. During this time and prior to her move in, the staff has gone over and beyond to be helpful. I find it to be very well run compared to the facility she was in prior to moving to The Residence. I would definitely recommend having had experience with several other facilities in the area. So far, they have gotten an A+.

As Business Development Director, she does an exceptional job explaining senior living options - from care levels and amenities to costs and making the right move. Carin's insight and compassion make complex topics easy to understand for families exploring senior living. Her knowledge and genuine care for residents and their families is evident in every interaction. The Residence at Bala Cynwyd, under Carin's guidance, provides excellent service and became the perfect home for my in-laws. Highly recommend connecting with Carin for senior living needs!

We had a wonderful experience at the Residence for my mother, who entered as a short term hospice resident (partnering in care with Penn Hospice) and lived there for 4 months. While living there, my Mother, myself and my family were always treated with the utmost respect and care, particularly at the end of her time. We always had productive and pleasant interactions with the team there - Catherine, Colleen, Toni, Ken, Arnedra, Marc and many many others - there are so many standout care and dining staff. We were always impressed by the activity schedule, social/happy hours, huge menu offerings and the building itself has so many beautiful spaces for the family to spend time there and dine when visiting. We will always look back on our time there as a blessing and grateful that we found Bala, particularly after touring several other local assisted living facilities.
