The EX Director is the key to a successful facility taking care of your loved ones. Crystal and her team members are some of the most caring folks you'll ever need. I highly recommend The Terrace at Chestnut Hill.

I went to visit my great aunt for the first time and as a geriatric nurse I was very impressed with how clean and well taken care of she was. Everyone was very kind in helping me navigate my way to her room and I left with a feeling of relief knowing she was being taken care of so well.

As a National Certified Court Appointed Guardian Lisa has made sure all of my Wards are provided with excellent care. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Lisa McDonough at The Terrace at Chestnut Hill! From the moment we met her, it was clear how deeply she cares about the residents and their families. Lisa is always approachable, responsive, and willing to go the extra mile to ensure the best care. Anytime we have had a question or concern, she’s just a phone call away and addresses things with compassion and professionalism. The atmosphere Lisa and her team have created is warm and welcoming, making us feel confident that our loved ones are in great hands. The staff, under Lisa’s leadership, truly cares for the residents, and this shows in everything they do—from the activities provided to the attentiveness in daily care. It’s such a relief knowing my family members are safe and happy here. If you’re looking for a caring, supportive environment for your loved one, I highly recommend The Terrace at Chestnut Hill, and Lisa McDonough is a huge reason for that!

I have a family member here. I hear a lot of stories that suggest the staff (not all) simply do not care at the least. Wrong laundry being brought back to the room numerous times, no notification about visible injuries, soiled bedding being left on mattresses. We also believe food and other items are being taken (for this we don't have proof, but the rate at which the food and items are needing to be replaced don't leave many other options). It's like the staff (again, not all of them but definitely some) believe that because the residents are elderly, or physically/mentally diminished that they don't deserve respect. We cant even get straight answers when we inquire about things from management. I really appreciate the ones working hard and that actually care and show human decency. I don't want to hear excuses of the job being taxing or difficult, if it is, the residents shouldn't be the ones affected by it. Quit and find something easier
