Michael was most helpful and reassuring from the moment we met him. Answered all questions, and staff was welcoming and made mom feel welcomed from day one. It has been good teamwork between staff and our family. There are plenty of activities to partake in for residents, apartment comfortable as well, thank you Mike, Randi and team! Isabelle

My mom lived at Symphony Square til she passed away in January 2025. She move in was totally self sufficient until last year. It was great place for her. Great great friendly and go out of thier way and caring staff. The last six months were bad for my mom - she went down hill pretty quickly and Symphony was beyond wonderful and sincerely caring. I totally recommend them.

My family and I have been very happy with Symphony Square. Michael was very helpful with giving us all the information we needed to make a decision as well as ensuring that the move-in process was welcoming and stress-free. Additionally, all of the staff has been great.

We got to meet with Michael Lando at Symphony Square. More than wanting to “sell” a room for our grandmother, he wanted to inform and educate us, unlike any other place we went to. He listens, he cares and offers ideas and solutions. We are sorry we didn’t move our grandmother there before she left us”
