The Reserve at Peachtree City

My mother had the privilege of spending her last year of life under the care of the kind, loving, professionals at The Reserve at Peachtree City. We moved her there in August 2024 and immediately noticed her improved care and condition over her previous care facility. It’s clean, safe, and well staffed. I visited her there over 50 times and never saw anything that would make me question the quality of her care. The food looked very good and she enjoyed the meals. There are daily activities for all types of residents which she often enjoyed participating and socializing, but she also had a very nice private room. The staff is dedicated and friendly. Caregiver Pam is an angel and Nurse administrators Jennifer and Stacey are knowledgable and well organized and always kept me updated of any changes. When it came time, Southern Grace Hospice provided extra care - physical, spiritual and emotional, right at The Reserve and she never had to change rooms. Southern Grace worked closely with the Reserve to keep her comfortable and happy. My mother never once complained. We are very grateful that we found the Reserve along with Southern Grace and highly recommend you consider them for Assisted Living and end of life care.

So far so good. Super stressful to move a parent to assisted living. Are we doing the right thing? It’s been less than a month but so far no major red flags. Mom likes the food has made a couple of friends, feels safe, has more privacy than she expected, loves her room decorated with items from home, she needs a ride to dialysis 3 times a week they take her. She thinks all around her are being cared for as well. She really likes her primary caregiver Jarret. Things could change it’s early on but all involved with the decision are feeling like it was the right move.

The Reserve is such a wonderful place. You get a great feeling walking in and then to meet Alex and he tells you how they a different from other assisted livings in the area, but he is also able to show you them. If you are looking for senior living call and ask for Alex.

While looking for a care home for our mother. I visited several & Peachtree was my absolute favorite. The cleanliness of the building not only did it meet my expectations but the staff was extremely professional. The Resident Care Coordinator Ms Jennifer was an absolute angel. She was very attentive in answering all my questions. During the tour we visited the activity room, & she explained that the residents have arts & crafts that they really enjoy & that family is allowed to participate as well. I can’t wait to come on activity day!! They have a stylist that come out to do the residents hair weekly. I love that each resident has their own room & they’re setup so nicely. Just the tour & the conversation with Ms Jennifer helped us make our final decision. We know that our mom will be well taken care of. If you’re looking for a home for your love one as they transition from their home to their love & care home cause it’s more than a assisted living. I highly recommend The Reserve @ Peachtree City!!!!!
