We’ve had a wonderful experience with Heartis Independent Senior Living. My dad has adjusted incredibly well to the environment, which gave our family such peace of mind. He genuinely enjoys the food and has formed meaningful friendships with other residents, which has made this transition so much easier for him. What truly stands out is the front desk staff—they consistently go above and beyond to ensure new residents feel comfortable and welcomed. Moving my dad here last month was honestly one of the best calls I've made. The staff are kind and they're genuinely attentive — like they actually see him, not just another resident. The building is clean and beautiful too. He's well taken care of and that gives me so much peace of mind. If you're looking for a place for your loved one, this is it. No hesitation.

My stepfather has been living in Heartis Fayetteville assisted living for over a year. My siblings and I live out of state so the transition has had some bumps along the way - both residential and medical. I have found the staff at Heartis to be extremely helpful and friendly in navigating new territory. My stepfather is well tended to and enjoying the comfort of his apartment. Thank you Heartis!

I had the opportunity to tour independent living facility Heartis few weeks back, it was very well organized, clean with several activities for seniors. Annie - Sales director is amazing and very welcoming. Would highly recommend this property for anyone looking for senior housing.
