The Preserve at Palm-Aire

As a home health nurse, I have been visiting many facilities for the last 18 years and I cannot say enough good things about the staff team at Preserve at Palm Aire. They are very professional and amicable people, especially Lisa Aarons, who provides help and a great first impression for the facility from the front desk. Lisa is ver efficient and always makes residents and visitors feel welcome. As a nurse, whenever I am assigned to see patients at Preserve, I receive great support from the nurses at the Wellness Center or Nurse Station. They are excellent and knowledgeable nurses, especially Farah Jean-Claude and Berniel Lafontant that, even though they are very busy, they always help me. To finish, I would like to say that at Preserve , the rooms are organized, clean, and professional looking and the dinning area is like a luxury restaurant. The Preserve at Palm Aire is the place if you want to ensure your loved ones live safely, and happily.

I been coming ro the Preserve for many years and have always had an amazing experience. I am always greeted by Lisa as I come through the front door. She always takes the time to ask how I'm doing and is always very helpful. The Clinical staff and Home Health are very knowledgeable, caring and compassionate to the residents. Everyone is very cordial, receptive and caring of the residents, and you can tell that the residents love them due to them always speaking very highly of them!!This place is always clean and well maintained. Keep up the good work!!!

I just want to say how grateful we are to Darien for making my mom’s 80th birthday so special. He really went above and beyond, handling all the details, working with the caterer, and making sure everything ran smoothly. What meant the most was how much he genuinely cared. He made my mom feel celebrated and took a lot of stress off our family so we could actually enjoy the day. It was a beautiful, easy, and memorable celebration thanks to him. We truly appreciate it.

My mother has been a resident at the Preserve for almost a year. The food is good, the price is reasonable, and there are a number of events that she takes part in and enjoys. Most important, however, is the quality of the aides and nurses who look after my mom. Their kindness and skills are exceptional. Two in particular that have been helping care for my mom are Chantale Clervin and Darshalee (whose last name I didn't catch). They make my mother feel safe and cared for, and are a great comfort to my brother and I who live far away and only get to visit every so often.
