My Mom has been here at Sonata’s excellent Memory Care Facility for over 4 months and my family has been so pleased with the loving and professional care she is receiving. She is enjoying the staff of experienced and sweet caregivers who make sure that she is closely looked after. The facility director Hillary is extremely dedicated to keeping this memory care unit the best possible environment it can be. I am very happy with our choice to place my wonderful Mom’s care in the capable hands of Hillary and her very nice staff. I am pleased to recommend this well run facility!

After looking around at so many assisted living communities this was the ONLY one that had no urine or any other smells. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this assisted living memory unit. The staff here go above and beyond--they treat my mother like a queen, with kindness and compassion that truly warms my heart. The facility is always spotless, providing a clean and welcoming environment for residents. My mother absolutely loves the meals prepared here, which is such a relief to see her happy and well-cared for. It's comforting to know she's in a place where she is respected and loved. Working in the elder care community, I have been into many skilled nursing facilities and am also very aware of reputation. In a tough business, SCC stands out as among the best. They are known for a higher quality of care and an attention to detail which surpasses other facilities. Their staff is generally kind and supportive of families in a difficult time.

After touring numerous memory care facilities for my 86 year-old mom I opted for Sonata Senior Living at Coconut Creek, and it was one of the best decisions I ever made. The staff at the memory care facility, headed up by director Hillary Newell, are compassionate and loving, treating residents as if they were family members. The facility itself is spotlessly clean, sunny, and infused with warmth, light, music, art and laughter. The experience of placing my mother in the facility was made seamless, thanks to the efforts of Robin Hammer and Cora, the nursing director, who evaluated mom at home to ensure she would be a good fit. The pricing for the type of care my mom is receiving is comparable to other memory care facilities in the South Florida area. Rooms can be decorated to one's taste, as furnishings are provided by the family. My mother is happy here, and engaged with the staff and other residents. She is well cared for by their team of visiting doctors and specialists, and is thrilled with the menu selection and activities. And I love it that my mom, as well as the staff, are ALWAYS available to address any questions or concerns.
