We recently toured Allegro with my parents, including my mom who has dementia, and came away extremely impressed. The community is beautiful, clean, modern, and felt nothing like the stereotypical assisted living or memory care facility. The atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and very dignified. Both of my parents genuinely loved it and could easily see themselves living there. The staff was friendly, and it was clear that residents are treated with respect and care. This visit completely changed my perspective on assisted living and memory care. If you’re looking for a clean, uplifting, and compassionate environment for a loved one, I would highly recommend touring Allegro.

I am delighted to share my 5-star experience following my tour of Allegro Senior Living, Fort Lauderdale. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed. I was greeted with valet parking, which immediately set an upscale tone. At reception, Talia warmly welcomed me by name from my previous visit—a thoughtful touch that made me feel genuinely recognized and valued. I then met with Jay Gardener, Lead Senior Living Advisor, who, after a brief and informative conversation, guided me on a tour of this stunning waterfront, resort-style community. The property is beautifully designed and exceptionally well-maintained, offering an elevated lifestyle with an impressive array of amenities, including: A sophisticated two-story movie theater Full-service salon and spa Modern fitness center & dedicated yoga studio Sauna and steam room Inviting family and activity rooms Game room and thoughtfully designed social spaces Elegant formal dining room Bistro and lounge bar Waterview dining experiences Resort-style pool with cabanas Boat access Covered parking with valet service Allegro offers a full continuum of care with Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care options, making it an ideal choice for seniors seeking luxury, comfort, safety, and personalized attention in one place. Overall, Allegro Fort Lauderdale exceeded my expectations in both hospitality and environment. I would confidently recommend it to any family looking for a first-class senior living community.

Dad moving into Allegro Fort Lauderdale was an outstanding decision. After five months of living there, I can share some thoughts. (Spoiler Alert - we love it there!) Overall, the theme at Allegro Fort Lauderdale is "it's ALL about the residents". That's not coming from their marketing department - it's coming from me, the son of a resident who has found his home. * The staff is outstanding. Dining Room Manager Angel greets us for dinner with his warm smile and makes sure everything is nearly perfect. Resident Relations Director Dena ensures he's got whatever he needs. He looks forward to Vanessa serving him breakfast and Helene cleaning his apartment. Jennir and Elsa at the front desk greet residents and guests with empathy and compassion. Finally, Tammy makes every activity one of joy. * Marie in the billing department takes pride in making sure our invoices are accurate and that the insurance company has every document required. * The food is consistently good. Everyone has different tastes, and I'm sure some will find fault. But I join Dad for dinner almost every evening and we have tremendously enjoyed our dining experience. Chef Jess makes sure everything is both tasty and nutritionally healthy. * The Bistro serves food and drink all afternoon and evening. They have three excellent bartenders who have learned the exact way that Dad likes his cocktail. Again - it's all about the resident. * The location is really lovely. The building sits on the edge of the Middle River and from the higher floors (and the gorgeous "Sky Lounge") you can see the intracoastal and the ocean. The amenities are excellent - Dad actually works out every day and walks around the building (both inside and out) listening to a novel on his headset so that he can get exercise and keep himself moving. All in, Allegro Fort Lauderdale was the absolute right decision for Dad's needs. I highly recommend!

Allegro has had a very significant positive impact on Mom’s quality of life. A recent widow, she moved in July 2025. While change is hard, particularly for seniors, the wide array of activities, amenities and beautiful appointments softened the resistance. The staff is warm and caring which really enhances the day to day experience. Dining options and bar/bistro provide for a good social experience and facilitate good nutrition. The move to Allegro has been an exceptional decision for our family.
