This is Home! Relocating to a new state without having my family or friends around, I knew that I needed to find a place to call home with a vibrant and friendly community. Well, I found it right here at The Peaks. From the moment I arrived at the community, I was welcomed by Ginger the Community Salesperson with a friendly greeting. As I toured the community, I couldn't wait to move in. The residents are very friendly and the management staff is caring and patient - always making sure everything measures up to your expectations. I have a beautiful apartment with lots of amenities. I couldn't be happier. Thanks to the staff at Peaks for making me feel welcomed.

The management team what management team it was the most negative place I'd ever seen the place is falling apart the head of the maintenance team told my customer that had lived there for 7 years that they would fix things when they darn well felt like it 5 weeks to get a new hot water heater in a year to get a skylight hole fixed the regulator in the bathtub 5 months to get that taken care of there was a leak in the roof for 2 years that still hadn't been fixed when she moved out the day we moved out the place almost flooded because they had not fixed the turn off valves to the washer or the refrigerator when when she moved out as we left the place I told her to say goodbye to hell I repeatedly had talks with the head of PR Jeff Derek vice president I called his boss John and still nothing was ever accomplished all they did was lie and that's just a few of the things that went on during the 7 years I was so happy when she decided to move out of that place the management team had no concerns for any of the residents all they want is their bonuses at the end of the year I told the head of PR I didn't want to be treated like this when I'm old this is why I was complaining the management team was nasty to the residents I never could figure out how they got away with doing that to these people I told the president of the company about all of this and it fell on deaf ears my customer she's 92

I have lived at The Peaks for a year. I love living here and I am proud to call The Peaks home. There are numerous activities and trips available to keep me busy and large open spaces for walks. One of the most important features for me personally is that I always feel safe when walking on the grounds. Felling safe is a big priority for me and I always feel safe walking the beautiful grounds day or night.

After Disneyland the Peaks is the happiest place to live. Why? Because all who live here choose to be happy and live their retirement years with joy and effervescence. The staff care for all of us and the chef spoils us with wonderful delectable delights. Even the maintenance crew help us and care for us with wit and humor. Never a dull moment here and always thrill at the Peaks at Santa Rita! Happy Anniversary!
