Vista Pointe at Green Valley

BEWARE...This is exactly the kind of place that gives care facilities a bad reputation! Vista Point scammed my mother into paying a "refundable" deposit. After hearing so many stories of neglect in their care, my mother wisely decided against their services and requested the promised refund her $500 deposit. Vista Point fully acknowledge they owe the deposit back, but they have been refusing to pay it, and refusing to answer calls. Over the past few months. They have given every excuse imaginable! They have lied a few times telling us "The check is in the mail." Honestly, if I didn't think they were just trying to steal from my mother, I would be completely embarassed for them and their total lack of financial competency. It may not seem like much, but to someone on a limited fixed income, it's a big deal for a company like this to steal from elderly. It is even worse when the company taking advantage of an elderly person is one that is responsible for the care of so many in our most venerable in society. If they are willing to openly steal from my elderly mother, I can only imagine how badly they would harm someone in their "care" when it isn't as open and obvious. Protect yourself and your love ones from Vista Point.

My husband is in Memory Care at Vista Pointe. He has been very well cared for and is treated with respect and care.

Prestige has been the best decision my family could have made. We were looking for a smaller senior community for my Uncle who needed help with meals and a "social life". The staff all took a personal interest in him and eased the transition to his new place. But his face really lit up when Chef Joel spoke to him in French! The food is excellent and there are so many choices it can be hard to decide what to order. The favorite part of his week though are the twice weekly bus tours. Getting out and seeing the surrounding community has been the best medicine. Thanks Prestige!

Both my mother and my aunt have lived at Prestige Assisted Living and at Expressions, one for several years and the other for nearly a year. Their living quarters are roomy and charming. The care they receive is wonderful. The staff are kind, calm, and respectful. They anticipate whatever my relatives need and provide it easily. The atmosphere is like a large family home with everyone knowing and caring about each other. The food is tasty and wholesome and is served in a lovely dining room by staff who know each person's preferences and needs. The administrative staff are tops. They communicate with relatives clearly and promptly by phone and email, and are always available when any relative comes to visit and needs to talk. I sincerely recommend Prestige for high quality assisted living.
