The Palms at La Quinta

My stepfather was a resident at The Palms Memory Care facility for 9 months prior to his passing from dementia. The staff was extremely professional and kind to my stepfather and my mother as we navigated through his final months of life. The progression of his illness was very difficult for our family, yet the staff were very sensitive to our situation and did all they could to ease the stress and anxiety for us. Through it all, we always felt our stepfather was receiving the best care possible in an environment that was kind and respectful. I would highly recommend this facility for anyone going through this type of situation with a loved one.

I cannot speak highly enough about The Palms at La Quinta Assisted Living and Memory Care. From the moment you step inside, the facility exudes a warm, welcoming ambience that immediately puts both residents and visitors at ease. The well-maintained grand piano in the common area adds an elegant touch, and it's clear that the staff genuinely cares about creating a vibrant, enriching environment for all who live there. Amber, who coordinates live music and activities, is a true gem. She brings an infectious energy to the space and consistently organizes engaging events that not only entertain but also promote meaningful connections among residents. The live music she arranges is always a highlight, with residents enjoying both the music and the lively atmosphere it creates. What stands out most is the overall happiness and well-adjusted nature of the residents. You can tell that the staff, led by compassionate individuals like Amber, goes above and beyond to make everyone feel at home. Whether it's the soothing sounds of the piano or the thoughtful activities, La Quinta Memory Care is a place where residents thrive. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking a supportive, joyful, and loving environment for their loved ones.

My father had been at another assisted living home in Palm Springs but the customer experience and care was poor. This led to moving to the The Palms at La Quinta community. The customer experience, the prompt care, and kindness, of all staff is simply outstanding. Quite a contrast vs the last place. The food is great, the sense of community, and activities are first rate. My father is extremely happy. Would recommend the Palms to anyone!

We are so thankful to have found The Palms at La Quinta for my mom during a very difficult transitional time in her life. Everyone on staff has been so very helpful in helping us navigate all the details and then making my mom feel so welcome. The staff genuinely cares and are always upbeat and friendly. My mom has adjusted so well, and I feel so good about the care she is receiving. Rachel, Jenee, and Madison have really gone above and beyond to make this all a smooth transition!
