Atria Palm Desert

I have the pleasure of visiting the Atria weekly as I have a family member that lives there. From the moment you walk in, not only is it extremely clean but there are always beautiful flowers on the table, everyone that works there is exceptionally kind, caring, loving gracious, easy to talk to and an overall fantastic place. Christina goes above and beyond to make every resident feel comfortable, they have a really good time! She offers daily activities that are so much fun, from going to see a movie, having jewelry class, playing bingo everyday, providing the most incredible entertainment for every holiday, seasonal activities, she oversees just about everybody! She is so kind and so loving, if I could give them 10 Stars I would! All of the residents get along so well, as I mentioned, the place is extremely clean the dining room is always beautiful, if you're looking for a place to retire and enjoy the rest of your life this is the place to go! Today I got to experience a movie with Christina and some of the residents and it was so much fun, I can't wait to go again, they invite family and friends to all of the activities making the experience so much more intimate and pleasurable. Thank you Atria for taking such great care of my sister thank you for taking care of all the residents and thank you Christina for all your hard work and everything you do on a daily basis! Our 91 year old Mother has been living at Atria Palm Desert for almost 18 months. She is very content. The rooms are spacious and she really enjoys her patio and outdoor space. The staff is very kind to her and believe me she can be quite difficult at times. We were quickly contacted when she took a tumble and needed to see a doctor. We are thankful for all they do looking after our Mom as we are all in different states.

We want to thank you all for the wonderful support and care that you provided to our 100 year young Aunt. Your “Red Carpet Welcome Event” was a wonderful and memorable experience. You all were so patient, caring, kind and made for our Aunt a peaceful, comfortable and compassionate experience. Knowing she was in such caring and capable hands put us at ease. The entire staff’s professionalism and patience exceeded all of our expectations. On a scale of One to Five, you are all 10’s. On our many visits to Attia, we saw and witnessed many smiling faces of other residents and were 100% always greeted by the staff. Kudos to Cheree and Samantha for all of your professionalism, knowledge, compassion and kindness. Most excellent Assisted Living home. Thank you, JGA

The difference in attitude and service on dining room since we arrived in February has changed remarkably for the better. Staff is kind caring and professional things that have made a difference 1.written orders are taken 2. We no longer have to beg for water 3. Staff makes eye contact when they are taking orders 4.staff checks back after order is delivered to make sure order is correct 5.staff remembers special requests residents make from day to day 6.staff supports each other and are more visible in the dining room Thank you for making the dining experience more pleasant Sincerely, Patsy Casteel
