Overview
The Oasis Assisted Living is situated within the same gated community as our Independent Living, located on the east side of the property, off Sarival Avenue, in Surprise, AZ. Our memory care neighborhood, known as Reflections, is a secure wing within The Oasis Assisted Living building, providing a safe and secure environment in a home-like setting.
We offer three levels of assisted living services: Essential Services, Enhanced Services, and Elite Services. To ensure that every resident receives the proper support for their needs, we begin with a one-on-one assessment with our nurse before admission.
We offer studio and one-bedroom/one-bathroom Assisted Living apartments. All units feature high ceilings, a kitchenette, a spacious bathroom, and a walk-in shower with safety bars for support. With its own outdoor spaces, full-service dining room, and common areas, The Oasis has the same classic and welcoming design as Independent Living. We prioritize your comfort and care, offering the same signature hospitality and friendly ambiance throughout our senior living community.
In Reflections Memory Care, common areas are designed to ensure safety and security while providing a warm atmosphere, with a great room and a secure outdoor courtyard. We offer private studios and companion suite options for a personalized living experience that caters to your loved one's needs. For some residents, sharing a suite is ideal, as having another person in the room can help reduce the anxiety caused by feeling alone. The Oasis and Reflections at Fellowship Square Surprise is part of the Christian Care family of senior living communities and is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization. Established in 1979, Christian Care has been serving Arizona's seniors for over 40 years.

Took a comprehensive class on dementia care lead by Shelly Drews. It was extremely insightful, informative and instructional. Criteria was detail oriented, well managed, thought out, organized, and up to date. Diverse student levels in class which allowed all backgrounds to share stories, knowledge, which enhanced group conversations, and offered multi layered approaches to problem solving discussions. Real life interactions discussed. Eye opening. Shelly will change the world one class at a time. She holds dementia care to a whole new level which should be adopted by all memory care facilities. Thank you to The Oasis for holding space for such a much needed class and opening your care to a higher standard. Good things come to those who strive to be better than the rest!! My mom just moved into the memory care, and I can’t say enough about how wonderful the experience has been. From the moment we arrived, everyone has been so kind and welcoming—not just to my mom, but to all the residents. It’s clear that the staff truly cares and goes above and beyond to make sure each resident feels comfortable and supported. What really stood out to me is that it’s not only the caregivers, but also the front office staff who make such a big difference. They are attentive, compassionate, and make families feel just as cared for as the residents. We feel so grateful knowing my mom is in such a loving and supportive environment.

I recently took a CDP class for Dementia education, and it was a fantastic experience. Shelly Drew’s the instructor did a phenomenal job with this certification class. Everyone who attended gave it a 10! An incredible community offering great programs and skilled staff. Highly recommend this great community.

My family & I have complete confidence in Fellowship Square. Our Dad is at The Oasis in Surprise. The staff are exceptional. Our Dad receives quality, competent, professional, compassionate, & trained care. We have no doubt that our Dad is getting all his needs met. My Dad loves the caregivers & feels comfortable. The routine & structure provided here in a caring manner have helped him settle in & find a sort of peace. I have seen firsthand how staff listen to our Dad’s needs & respond with kindness & patience. They also make him smile & this shows he’s happy which in turn makes us happy. Hands down, we made the right choice when choosing Fellowship Square for our Dad. We could not ask for better.
