Fellowship Square Surprise was thoughtfully designed to exceed your expectations today and adapt to your changing interests and needs in the future. Here, you can finally focus on what truly matters - enjoying your independence. It's what we call Enhanced Retirement Living. With spacious common areas for hosting large events, multiple activity rooms, a game room, and so much more, our residents find spaces to enjoy around every corner.
We offer four different Independent Living apartment floor plans to choose from, each featuring an open floor plan and fully equipped with a full-size washer & dryer, a modern kitchen with full-sized stainless steel appliances, and ample storage space throughout.
We are a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization, and part of the Christian Care family of senior living communities. Established in 1979, Christian Care has been serving Arizona's seniors for over 40 years.

A very nice facility, and the staff is very friendly. The food could be a little better, but, overall, I would recommend this place to anyone. I could definitely write more, but, this place is definitely a 5 star facility. Glad my Dad chose this place!!

I chose this place for my aunt two years ago. The Surprise location is a relatively new location and extremely well maintained. Residents are well cared for, and everything necessary for a great independent living lifestyle is provided. I'm very happy to have found this wonderful place to care for my aunt.

My mother-In-law has lived here since March 2021. The place is immaculate, everyone is very friendly & the food is very good. The staff does an awesome job with weekly entertainment and offers many amenities for these seniors. I think it’s a great place!! My mother in-law is very happy here

It's a beautiful community, and I was surprised at how large the apartments were, I experienced eating lunch there it was amazing. The people are so friendly. I love this place. Wish I could give 10 🌟
