The Park at Surprise

We recently toured the park at Surprise Independent for our mom and had an absolutely outstanding experience from start to finish. The entire community was beautiful, welcoming, and had such a warm and peaceful atmosphere. You can truly tell the residents are cared for and that the staff takes pride in creating a positive environment. The highlight of our visit was Craig. From the moment we arrived, he was incredibly friendly, professional, attentive, and genuinely caring. He took the time to answer every single question we had, never making us feel rushed, and went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and informed throughout the entire tour. His knowledge of the community, patience, and kindness made such a lasting impression on us. Craig’s attention to detail and willingness to help with everything we asked for truly set the experience apart. It is rare to meet someone so dedicated to making others feel welcomed and valued. Because of him, the entire experience felt personal and sincere rather than just another tour. We toured other places close by and The parks was the best in my opinion. We left feeling excited, reassured, and incredibly impressed with both the community and the level of care shown by the staff. If you are considering visiting or moving to Surprise Independent, we highly recommend it — and if you get the chance to work with Craig, you are in excellent hands!

The Park in Surprise is a truly outstanding independent living community. From the moment we walked through the front doors, we were struck by how welcoming, clean, and vibrant the environment felt. The amenities are top-notch, the grounds are beautiful, the atmosphere is extremely welcoming. The residents seem genuinely happy and engaged, and the sense of community is clear. Sabrina, the Director of Community Relations, was truly amazing--professional, compassionate, and incredibly knowledgeable. She took the time to understand our family's needs and gave us a thorough, thoughtful introduction to everything the Park has to offer. Her passion for the residents and the community really shows. I wholeheartedly recommend The Park at Surprise to anyone considering independent living options.

I took my aunt in for a tour last week and had such a great experience with the front desk staff. Joyce helped me when I arrived and she was very friendly, knowledgable and welcoming. Having Joyce be the first person you meet when walking into the facility really sets the tone for the rest of the experience. She was very sweet. Thank you all for your help during my tour date.

Our friend Jackie lives in The Park she wanted to have an Old Fashion Tea party for her friends. The event to place in the Presidents Lounge on the second floor. Jackie and my wife Kathy with the assistance Sabrina Director of Community Relations. Decorated the room with all the fancy things needed for Old Time Tea Party. Jackie had the party catered assortment of finger foods for lunch.The sweet table have a large assortment of fine desserts. With help of Sabrina staff coffee, water, ice were delivered to the room in timely matter. I looked around the Park myself seeing what it had to offer the residence living there. I was so impressed that I asked Sabrina to send the Brochure of both the Independent Living and the Assisted Living to a Friend who down the road will need a Great place to call Home. Thanks to the Park for showing me that when my time comes I know that I would be very Happy at either building.
