I am a nurse who places residents all over Arizona and The Park is the epitome of excellence! I had a couple in from out of town and last minute wanted to tour. Sabrina came in on her vacation to tour with us and make them feel welcome. She set up a dinner with current residents for my clients to get a feel of how others liked the building without pressure to commit and it sealed the deal! She always goes above and beyond to make our clients feel special.

Our friend Jackie lives in The Park she wanted to have an Old Fashion Tea party for her friends. The event to place in the Presidents Lounge on the second floor. Jackie and my wife Kathy with the assistance Sabrina Director of Community Relations. Decorated the room with all the fancy things needed for Old Time Tea Party. Jackie had the party catered assortment of finger foods for lunch.The sweet table have a large assortment of fine desserts. With help of Sabrina staff coffee, water, ice were delivered to the room in timely matter. I looked around the Park myself seeing what it had to offer the residence living there. I was so impressed that I asked Sabrina to send the Brochure of both the Independent Living and the Assisted Living to a Friend who down the road will need a Great place to call Home. Thanks to the Park for showing me that when my time comes I know that I would be very Happy at either building.

The Park at Surprise is lovely! The residents are so friendly and welcoming! The staff are helpful, kind and caring to everyone who walks through the door. The atmosphere is calming and quiet. This community is absolutely beautiful inside and out! I would highly recommend!

I had the pleasure of working with Joni, she was a lifesaver in helping me find an apartment for my client. It was what we would consider a “911” situation. Things had changed very quickly from the plans that were in place. I reached out to Joni and explained our urgent situation and she said, “no problem Leslie”. My clients family was leaving for California, in a couple days where they were picking up my client to bring back to Arizona to be closer to family. Joni went above and beyond to help me with this family. My client has had a hard year and Joni listened to me as to what the family needed and helped make the move and transition smooth and easy. I highly recommend Solana at the Park Surprise, everyone I have met has been professional, personable and happy to help.
