The Oaks at Jamestown

The staff are engaging, caring, and make each resident feel important. I’ve been to several events at the Oaks Jamestown where the residents, family, friends and staff are having fun enjoying each other’s company. The Oaks is not just another facility but truly a home to all who live and work here. It’s aesthetically beautiful, with various opportunities to be a part of daily activities, as well as even take a trip to the barber/beauty salon. If you or a loved one is considering a transitional home to live that offers, independent, assisted, or memory care,, the Oaks of Jamestown is a perfect choice.

I can’t say enough good things about this assisted living community. The staff is incredibly caring and attentive, consistently going above and beyond to ensure our mom feels safe, secure, and valued. Their friendliness and helpfulness made the transition so much easier for our entire family. The community truly feels like home, with a warm and inviting atmosphere that puts everyone at ease. The residents enjoy a variety of engaging social activities, monthly calendar of events including outings are thoughtfully organized by the staff to foster connection and a sense of belonging. We have seen an amazing transformation with our mom since her move 3 months ago, she is thriving feeling more independent and getting involved. The award winning Culinary Staff and food service is top-notch, offering a diverse selection of healthy and delicious meals every day. All you can eat Sunday brunch offered to residents and their families, themed happy hour Fridays with entertainment are just a couple examples of the amazing opportunities for involvement. The on site health center, dining rooms, activity areas and residents suites are always clean and well-maintained, providing residents with plenty of ways to stay active and mentally engaged. The facility itself is impeccably clean and well-kept, with strong security measures that give us peace of mind knowing our mom is in a safe environment. We couldn’t be more grateful for their compassion and attention provided here.

I visit the Assisted Living community at The Oaks at Jamestown often, and it’s always a great experience.The staff is very kind, patient, and caring with the residents, and you can tell they truly enjoy what they do. The building is always clean, comfortable, and welcoming. They go above and beyond to ensure residents are safe, happy, and well cared for. I would absolutely recommend the Assisted Living at The Oaks at Jamestown to anyone looking for a supportive, positive environment for their loved one.

I cannot say enough good things about the oaks. My mom lives in the assisted care wing and she loves it. She has received more care and love and respect than I could ever hope for. Tara the head nurse, has gone above and beyond to see that mom is well taken care of and respecting her wishes for the day while making sure she is getting all the medical care she needs in a timely manner. Ella, helped us with any paperwork that needed attention. Destiny helped with everything financial and made it a seamless transition. When I do visit, mom is often not in her room because she is having fun at one of many activities that are planned out. A short distance down her hall is a dining room where she feels like she is at a restaurant each day. Mom is never treated like a resident but like a family member. I cannot be happier or at peace knowing that mom is a part of the Oaks
