I recently visited Grand Village Assisted Living where the staff hosted a Mother’s Day Tea for their residents and guests. What a wonderful experience for everyone. The facility went out of its way with special finger foods and beautifully set tables complete with antique teacups and teapots, and a pianist playing nostalgic songs on the piano. Lots of smiles and conversation. The staff was very friendly and caring . I was impressed !

I had the opportunity to DJ a "Senior Prom" at Grand Village attended by residents, their family members, and caregivers. I very impressed by how caring the staff was. They went above and beyond by treating the residents as if they were family. In fact, I couldn't always tell who was family and who were employees. I was inspired to play "We Are Family" and it was heartwarming to see everyone embrace the sentiment.

They take fantastic care of their guests. They do a great job of making sure their guests have a good quality of life and include their guest's family in a lot of things. They are also very welcoming and friendly. I would recommend this place for anyone I know when care gets to be too much for a family member.

Parents are NOT happy. Waiting list for months for own apartment in assisted living. As Dad gets worse with his disease. Only sponge bath. No shower ??Clothes washed and dried wrinkled, no care about personal clothes. My parents showered daily if not two times a day their entire life. My mom always wanting a shower? No ice water daily for them on a routine or hot tea for my dad, grand village screens calls and does not answer phones or return important calls. Thank God for a couple good employees that care. And care about how much I worry. Someone needs to visit this place often if your loved ones are there. TRULY !!
