Professionalism and High-Quality Memory Care Choosing a memory care facility is a critical decision, and the team at The Oaks at Flower Mound has provided my family with great confidence and peace of mind. This facility operates at an exceptionally high standard. The staff are highly professional, proactive, and efficient. I have confidence that my mother’s essential needs—including her medication administration, hydration, and nutrition—are managed diligently and consistently. This level of attention ensures reliable, continuous care throughout the day and night. Beyond their professional competence, the staff demonstrate genuine kindness and compassion. Through private observation (via a webcam in her room), I frequently witness the loving and patient interactions they share with residents. They commit to enhancing quality of life, offering plenty of engaging activities and providing thoughtful personal touches, such as doing her nails. Their dedication is also evident in the excellent dining program. I often join my mother for meals and find the food to be consistently good and well-prepared. Furthermore, the staff's commitment to safety is paramount, which includes checking on her multiple times throughout the night. Communication with me, her son, is consistently outstanding. I feel secure and have full trust in the staff. The Oaks at Flower Mound is a high-quality, exceptional facility.

My dad has been in both assisted living and now memory care. The staff at The Oaks have been outstanding through the whole process. The Director, Leanetta Pryor has gone above and beyond with her knowledge, understanding and compassion as we have dealt with set backs and challenges with my dad. His well being is of utmost importance. The medical staff, Manju and Sarita, keep me updated on any physical and mental changes and offer helpful strategies to help my dad live his best life. I am so grateful that we found this community!

My husband moved into The Oaks at Flower Mound in April of this year. From day one it has been a wonderful choice. The staff and residents are so friendly. The goal was to get my husband more involved with people and also know he was well taken care of, after experiencing multiple falls. The Director of Activities, Kalista Gibson, and her Assistant, Jack, are the kindest people who listen to the residents and coordinate outings and activities that are fun and team building. The servers at mealtimes know each resident by name and can anticipate their daily preferences. Caleb always brings smiles to each resident when delivering food with his charm. It immediately felt like a family environment with a comfortable living area, activity center and parlor. There are multiple outside areas where you can enjoy the weather and nature. The decision to change living arrangements for a loved one is not an easy task. The Oaks has provided my family with the security we needed and I could not be happier.

Mom just moved into The Oaks. Her move in experience has been exceptional. Eddie did everything to help make her move in a very positive experience. The staff have all been so helpful. I feel good about mom being at The Oaks.
