Avanti at Flower Mound

Tiffany Grain has made such a positive difference in my mother’s life at Avante Assisted Living Memory Care. From the very beginning, she has shown incredible patience, kindness, and professionalism in everything she does. Caring for someone in memory care takes a special kind of person, and Tiffany truly has a gift for it. She always treats my mom with warmth and respect while making sure all of her needs are handled. Whether it is helping her get ready for the day, assisting with personal care, or simply taking extra time to comfort her, Tiffany consistently goes above and beyond. What stands out most is the genuine compassion she shows every single day. Families notice when someone truly cares, and Tiffany absolutely does. Our family is deeply grateful for the love and attention she gives my mom. Avante is fortunate to have someone as dedicated and caring as Tiffany on their team.

I cannot recommend Avanti Senior Living at Flower Mound for memory care under any circumstances. My father experienced repeated neglect, including poor hygiene care, inconsistent medication management, and being left in soiled adult briefs for long periods. His room and bathroom were rarely cleaned, and laundry was frequently mishandled with belongings often going missing. There were also multiple instances where he was not checked on for extended periods, including after falls and in the mornings after not being checked on a single time during the night. Staff turnover was constant, and many of the caregivers were often disengaged and distracted to say the least. Despite repeatedly raising urgent concerns, nothing improved. Hospice involvement was necessary to ensure he received basic care and supervision. I had a 24/7 camera in his room so you would think they'd have been more diligent knowing I could see and record all that was going on. I can only imagine the neglect for those who have no camera and no advocate. This facility did not provide the safe, consistent care that memory care residents require.

I have nothing but high praise for Avanti and their staff of professionals. Making a decision on a place for your loved ones to live out their sunset years is a very hard decision. Even harder is finding one that provides not only a well maintained facility as well as a compassionate and caring staff. I have been fortunate to have found Avanti and I highly recommend them for consideration when deciding on a place for your loved ones to live. Highly recommend.

My mother has been in memory care at Avanti for over six months. This has been a grueling experience for the family due to her dementia, but the staff at Avanti has made it much easier. Vanessa handles the medical side with care and knowledge. Lisa makes my mother smile and feel cared for. It is a great group of people helping us all deal with such a difficult time in life.
