Tawnya the receptionist could learn a little manners!!! Every time I call there to ask about my mom, I get treated like I'm horrible for bothering them. I wish I was in Ohio. Id come in there and set them straight. Horrible receptionists!! Carrie the management should take note of this.

Our family is very pleased with the compassionate caring team at The Inn at Olentangy Trail. Each member provided their own special touch to make Dad feel at home, sometimes with a sense of humor, which was important to him. Our dad was treated with dignity and respect which made his stay at The Inn very pleasant. As a family we especially appreciated the personal touch and special attention given to him. We thank each and everyone at The Inn from Nursing, Dietary, Maintenance, Aides and Administration for all you do for your residents.

I've spent over 20 years in long term care, and I can tell you that The Inn at Olentangy Trail is the warmest, most home like and personable facility I've been in. I would not hesitate to have my own parents join this community when the time comes.

My mom lived here for over 4 years in assisted living. I visited her several times a week, and participated in any event that family was invited to. I advocated for my mom’s care, had many mediocre meals there, witnessed the deterioration in quality and variety of activities for residents, the extreme lack of attention because one or two aides responsible for caring for all residents, the lack of proper room cleaning, etc. My mom fell in her room. Died there in December of 22’. NO acknowledgement or reporting to other residents of her death. Unimaginable. Like she never existed to them.
