The Inn at Library Way

Hayden provided exceptional customer service since our first meeting. He kept us informed of availability and made the move-in process go without a hitch. The staff has been so helpful with hanging artwork, welcoming words and overall hospitality. The medical staff has been punctual and thorough so far with mild ailments. We appreciate all the check-ins. This is our second family member at The Inn and we are so happy with our choice.

My mother has been at The Inn since May of 2025, and I cannot say enough great things about the facility and the staff. I feel much better knowing that she is in the care of such a wonderful staff. The ambience there is comfortable and very pretty. From Hayden giving us the initial tour and being honest and up-front, all the way down to the entrie staff that makes it such a wonderful place, I am so happy we chose The Inn because they care for my mom in a genuine, sincere manner. Making the decision to place mom somewhere was not easy at all. But, Hayden helped immensely in making the choice. Dementia is a horrible disorder. Watching your loved one slowly lose themselves is even more horrible and stressful. I pushed it off as long as I could before her doctors said either I get her placed or they would place her. It's tough. Very tough. I felt like I was abandoning her. That maybe I had not done enough. Hayden and Kelly talked with me and assured me it was for the best. It wasn't about me so much as it was about what was best for mom. They helped me realize it is best for all involved. They are trained in this stuff, whereas I am not. I was not doing mom any favors by trying to take care of her myself. The stress was just unreal. But, this was the best decision for my mom. She is happy and adjusted. She is well taken care of, and it is a huge weight off of my shoulders and my mind. If you are facing the same heartbreaking choice whether to place a loved one into a facility, please do yourself a humongous favor. Call Hayden. Schedule a meeting with him. He takes an honest and personal interest in helping. It isn't about money with him. He honestly cares. You will feel much better, in time, and your loved one will be in a welcome, inclusive enviornment where they will be happy and thrive. Thank you to everyone at The Inn At Library Way. Sincerely. I truly can’t say enough wonderful things about The Inn at Library Way. The staff in The Brooke are completely and utterly amazing. Makayla and Earnest, Shiann and Chelsea, sweet Hope and Garret, Miangel and Kayla, Skylynn and Kelly, Amber and Patricia, Shante and Terry, Tabi and Hayden, and so many others- there are no words grand enough to describe your incredible care of and profound compassion for my father in addition to the immense comfort you provided me. These beautiful people right here make The Inn the greatest possible place I could ever have wanted for my dad. The facility is immaculate; the environment is so comfortable; and everyone there makes you feel warm and welcome when you walk in the door. My love and gratitude for The Inn and all its people is overflowing.
