The Heritage Tomball

My Aunt stays here at The Heritage its been 3 years since shes been here and it is well worth it and more , for starters the staff is absolutely amazing , they are kind , and you can tell they have passion for what they do. Watching their interactions with residents is so heartwarming but not just residents , how the staff work together , communicate and share kindness is wholesome. The management is actually a team and will go to great lengths to make sure that my aunt is taken care of. They truly go above and beyond. The food is great and they even have activities during service until we get the food and thats really refreshing compared to other places that just let you sit in silence. The Nursing department is amazing and always so attentive. The maintenance is always available to help and if he's not he makes time to make sure what needs to be fixed is done efficiently. My aunt is not in memory care but I see the way they are taken care of ,like being brought out to happy hour and taken on outings is absolutely amazing , this place does not exclude anyone and makes sure to engage everybody in activities. Even when my aunt does not want to go , they come back and check on her to make sure shes okay or if she needs anything. Housekeeping is always around to make sure that things are cleaned and organized , not to mention they are just sweet hearted people. I have not personally met Mr. William but I will say this , everytime I see him , he is always smiling , and positive , making sure he's taking care of this community, he supports his staff , he makes time for anyone that has a concern or just wants to have a chat and that is the best feeling knowing that my aunt is being taken care of and also that my family has support by the kindest , passionate people. Heritage of Tomball, thank you.

We cannot say enough good things about The Heritage of Tomball and their assisted-living team. During a very uncertain and emotional time for our family, Matthew, Christina, and William truly went above and beyond to help us get my mother settled. We were working within a very tight window, and they stepped up in every way possible. They helped us complete all of the necessary paperwork, guided us through everything that was needed for her move-in, and made themselves available by phone or text whenever we had questions. The room was freshly remodeled, and they showed it to us multiple times so we could understand the layout and plan what to bring to make my mother feel comfortable and at home. Their patience, compassion, and attention to detail made a difficult process so much easier. We could not have asked for better service, care, or support. We are truly grateful to have found such a wonderful facility for our mother.

Ist pix is txt from Valdez when we reach out to.him about mom was able to go home and Williams wouldn't let my mother have her meds. 6 days with out her meds especially insulin. 2nd Pic Williams is upset about posting the nightmare my mother went through and once he found out she wasn't coming back here he started yelling at her and telling her " I knew ur daughter put you up to it" and if u dont come back k you owe us anothern 4200$. HE IS ALL ABOUT MONEY AND NOT SO MUCH ABOUT THE CARE.. the nurse at Methodist had to hang up mom phone how upset she was HE REA HED OUT TO MY SISTER TRY TO GET HER TO MAKE ME TAKE IT DOWN. OR HE WILL SUE. SO IN RETURN she got on and bashed me to please him. I have recordings of my mother talking to docs about how he treated her. He started threatening to call the police. All because my mother cried everyday to. Come home I want my mother where she feels safe. We had to go to the tomball police station trying get my mother stuff. He said it's because I wasn't poa yet he proudly gave to my aunt who not only wasn't poa but was the #1 person mom didn't trust. My mother was scared of him and candace To the point she fell hit her head and was scared to report it. This man is mean harsh dont know how.to treat people when he loses a patient. And formally making my mother pay money because she was allow to go home where she wanted to be. They said she had to give 30 days notice. No one told my mother that Or me cause I was the only one visiting my mother everyday Candace was very against me I would visit my mother for lunch and visit her friends. They would ask when is next time I show up I tried bring humor. Make M y mom friends laugh I would wear scooby onesie. They enjoyed it. But William and candace had a issue w me trying make mom friends laugh I was ask to stop eating w mom I was asked not wear onesie candace ask me not bring my mom favorite dogs anymore. They dont like from what I see to see joy in people or find out what they like they try take it away. Place is nice nurse like joy was amazing w mom But the management is horrible. William accused me of starting b trouble Because mom was expecting me pick her up for her b day celebrate w friends William told me I wasn't allow take mom out. So when I went back explain to mom we couldn't go out. She got very upset. This man has serious issue I even I formed Dr Candice matthew about how he treats people. I. Still so upset he allowed my mom go 6 days w no I sulin

My Mom is finally back where she should be and she is a different person with her friends! The staff has been amazing, they know us and are so sweet! Even better, they go above and beyond watching out for Mom! I highly recommend The Heritage!!
