My mom moved into the new Cottages at The Landing at Augusta Woods a few weeks ago. This is part of their Independent Living side. We first met with Gitte and she was wonderful to work with, answering all of our questions and giving us a tour... twice. I could call or text her and she always responded quickly with an answer or found the answer and never forgot to get back to me. Impressive! The Landing is a beautiful place visually, but also staffed with kind and caring employees. The Cottages are brand new and my mom is the first person to live there. There were a few things that had to be taken care of, as in any new build, so I was pleased to then work with both Brandi (Executive Dir) and Vernon (Ops Mngr)...hope I got those titles correct. Brandi was wonderful to communicate with, she responds to my emails any day and time within an hour or two...amazing. Even at night. I am truly impressed! They never questioned anything I emailed about, they simply took care of things right away for my mom. Never defensive, always pleasant and professional. She's an asset for them! My mom is happy so far, and that makes me happy. The food has been good, per her feedback. Lots of activities, which Edward manages. He seems very nice and caring and I've heard they all love him. My only suggestion...get a bigger bus (or additional bus) for outings so more residents can attend. These fun outings are a selling point, so it would be nice for more to be able to attend. So far, I would recommend The Landing for their Independent Care. I have no experience in the Assisted Living or Memory care side. Thanks again to Gitte, Brandi, Vernon, Edward and others for a wonderful start to my mom's new home!

I can't say enough great things about The Landing at Augusta Woods Senior Living—this community is absolutely beautiful, with top-tier amenities and truly incredible events that bring residents together in the best ways! But what truly sets this community apart is the people! I have to take a moment to highlight Gitte Engolio! She is an absolute gem—one of the kindest and most compassionate people I have met in the Senior Care Community. Gitte goes above and beyond, not only for her residents and clients but also for seniors who may not qualify for this community. She genuinely cares about finding the right place for each person, and even when she can't directly help, she takes joy in knowing that I was able to find them a community that will not only be a safe environment but one that they will be happy in! As a fellow senior care professional from a different company, I have had the privilege of working alongside Gitte, and in a short amount of time, we've built an incredible partnership. Her dedication and heart make all the difference, and I look forward to continuing to work together and being more involved with this amazing community. If you're looking for a senior living community that truly cares—both in its environment and its people—The Landing at Augusta Woods is it.

The Landing at Augusta Woods is a fantastic facility. We had been looking for a memory care, assisted living facility for my father-in-law for several months After meeting with Gitte Engolio, touring the Property and seeing all that was available, we knew it was where we needed him to be. We want to thank Ms Engolio For the time effort and education that was spent helping us make this decision

The Landing is a beautiful place to live. The staff is friendly, professional and helpful. Would definitely recommend The Landing as a place to consider home.
