I have partnered with this facility to bring our nursing and aide students for many many years. The management staff is very dedicated to their patients and staff and this is one of the best facilities we go to. They truly go the extra mile to make sure the patients needs are not only seen but heard and addressed. It is always clean, has enough supplies and equipment and the food is good! They have wonderful activities that are engaging and fun. I would place my loved one here.

The Village at Gleannloch Farms is such an exceptional community. Their entire team from front desk to Executive Director is beyond kind, professional and personal, a gem of a trio. The community has some of the nicest curb appeal and you can see the pride they take in their community before you even park your car. From the moment you walk in you enter a clean, well maintained, light and bright community that is so resident driven and focused. The rooms are so spacious, clean and VERY well maintained. I love that each floor has a weekly social hour and the cafe on the first floor. Everytime I stop by this community residents are always smiling, chatting with one another and give me the biggest and happiest smiles when I say hello. What I cannot get over is how exceptional Lori Morris and her entire sales team are. They exceed professionalism and go out of their way to treat every person in the building with respect and inclusivity. If you are looking for a WONDERFUL place to call home look no further than Gleannloch Farms.

Tom came to the Village 7 months ago after a lengthy hospital stay that left his body so weak he could not sit or stand. From the first day here we felt welcomed and cared for. I was allowed to live with him and help in any way I chose to care for him. The facility is clean and bright but the true value of the Village is Dr Nguyen and Sage, Merideth the nurses and CNAs who cared for him everyday. Each time he had to return to the hospital he incurred another injury which the staff was able to heal. The wound care doctor and Haley his nurse were able to completely heal the wound he entered with when we came to The Village. Everyone looked after Tom..the activities director as well as the kitchen staff. The greatest gift was the physical therapy team that has worked each day to get him stronger. Audry made sure she came early in the morning so he was at his best..with the help of Yvette and Magda Tom is now able to sit..stand and walk. Each goal we set was attained with the help of the entire Village team. We will always be grateful for all of our prayers that have been answered through the amazing staff of The Village

The people here did a good job with my mother. She needed a place to recover after an illness and was here for a month. Things weren't perfect but the people work very hard and are quick to address gaps. There is top down and bottom up accountability here. Very professional. They offer a few low cost, pay as you go services such as people who socialize and feed meals or a beauty shop. I'd bring my mom back here if she needed it.
