We are so grateful for the care our dad received at The Village at Gleannloch Farms. Over the last five years, he had several stays in the Skilled Nursing unit as his health declined. Sheldon, the director, was exceptional, and the nursing staff was consistently compassionate, attentive, and professional. The facility was always very clean and well maintained. My dad did not eat the facility's meals, so I can't comment on the food. During his final stay, which lasted about 3–4 months, the staff recommended hospice and helped us choose Heart to Heart Hospice. Erin and the entire hospice team were wonderful, guiding both our dad and our family through every aspect of the end-of-life journey with such kindness and compassion. They worked seamlessly alongside the staff at The Village at Gleannloch Farms, and together they provided outstanding care. No one wants to need skilled nursing care, but after experiencing multiple facilities over the years, we can honestly say that The Village at Gleannloch Farms is doing an excellent job. We are truly thankful for everyone who cared for my dad. A very special shout-out to Meredith, Laura, Megan, Denise and Terrence...you are truly the best of the best. Your kindness, compassion, and dedication made an incredibly difficult season so much easier for our family. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. We will never forget the difference you made.

The Village at Gleannloch Farms truly feels like home from the moment you walk through the doors. The community is warm, welcoming, and beautifully maintained, but what really makes it special is the incredible staff. Kandie Kowalski goes above and beyond to create engaging, meaningful programs that bring residents together and make each day enjoyable. Her creativity and dedication truly shine in everything she does. Susan Pruitt is equally wonderful—always kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. She takes the time to connect with residents and families, making everyone feel valued and supported. It’s clear that The Village at Gleannloch Farms is more than just a community—it’s a place where people truly care about one another.

My husband is at gleannloch Farms for rehabilitation. The facility is very well maintained and it smells good throughout the entire facility. The staff is very friendly, helpful and approachable. I'm very pleased with the communication that I receive from the staff about my husband. Liz Groves was very helpful in getting my husband set up and situated at Gleannloch. She's always made herself available to assist me.
