The Village at Gleannloch Farms

After "research shopping" around almost everywhere (Houston, Austin, Dallas, Ft. Worth, Reno, Las Vegas, San Francisco, Montana, northern Idaho, Spain (where I once lived), Portugal, Costa Rica, Panama, etc.) for over a year, I decided to move to the Village at Gleannloch Farms in Spring, TX. Living in Texas has numerous advantages for several reasons, not the least of which is world class medical care, great food, a conservative lifestyle, tax friendly, genuine hospitality, etc. Not to mention the freedom of not having to worry about the daily grind of home ownership. Every day that passes confirms I made the right decision moving into the Village at Gleannloch Farms. Since vacancies at VGF are infrequent, I'm pleased I "waitlisted" for an accommodation of choice rather than having to "settle for less" waiting for a force of circumstance. While moving is never fun, I received extraordinary assistance from the Plant Ops team, who are extremely dedicated to ensuring my new home was inviting and comfortable. At the Village, I've already met and have been welcomed by many of my new neighbors, invited to join the many unique interest groups and activities, in addition to the special events. The full service and casual restaurants serve a tasty variety of menu selections. While the other choices I researched claim to provide exceptional care in principle, it's extremely rare to find a staff that actually lives the commitment. From the Executive management to the execution level, the staff are accountable to and are recognized and rewarded for providing "extraordinary" dedication in all aspects of the care they provide. No exceptions. Frankly, the Village feels like the right home at the right moment. It's the most optimistic and excited I've felt in far too long. Rare indeed!

My mom has been a resident since 2022. The staff has been great. Very caring and lovingly supportive of my mom. She is now in MC and the staff, led by Cindy, is wonderful. I have been very pleased with the care my mother has received and the support they have provided my family.

I have partnered with this facility to bring our nursing and aide students for many many years. The management staff is very dedicated to their patients and staff and this is one of the best facilities we go to. They truly go the extra mile to make sure the patients needs are not only seen but heard and addressed. It is always clean, has enough supplies and equipment and the food is good! They have wonderful activities that are engaging and fun. I would place my loved one here.

The Village at Gleannloch Farms is such an exceptional community. Their entire team from front desk to Executive Director is beyond kind, professional and personal, a gem of a trio. The community has some of the nicest curb appeal and you can see the pride they take in their community before you even park your car. From the moment you walk in you enter a clean, well maintained, light and bright community that is so resident driven and focused. The rooms are so spacious, clean and VERY well maintained. I love that each floor has a weekly social hour and the cafe on the first floor. Everytime I stop by this community residents are always smiling, chatting with one another and give me the biggest and happiest smiles when I say hello. What I cannot get over is how exceptional Lori Morris and her entire sales team are. They exceed professionalism and go out of their way to treat every person in the building with respect and inclusivity.
