At the present time (October 2025) things have deteriorated considerably since I moved in two years ago. I recommend caution if you are considering living here. Of course there is always hope and things can improve. I just found out that the owning corporation is not accredited by the Better Business Bureau.

My sister is at The Grove and I can not express enough hiw happy I have been with her care. Everyone, Has been so good to her. Maria, Melissa, Joyce welcoming you when you come in, April and all those in therapy who work with her, All the RA's have been great, Jenna, Candy, Betty, Johnny, and the Kitchen staff is wonderful as well!! It's ways clean, always someone to answer questions I may have..I truly have no complaints. A wonderful environment and caring staff. I like seeing the same faces, as I'm sure is comforting for the residents. Thank you to all the staff at The Grove!!!

My husband has been a resident at the Groves for almost 4 months and I'm very pleased with his care. I received a lot of support from the staff at the time of his admittance and still experience the same. He is treated with kindness and respect and the staff genuinely care about him. . Everyone there works well together and seems to enjoy their job. There are a lot of activities and outings and he really enjoys his meals. I enjoy visiting him there and I'm comfortable inviting friends and family there to see him. I'm glad that my husband is in such good hands at the Groves.

I cannot recommend this facility highly enough. Every single person here is extremely friendly and treats their residents like gold. I feel immediately at home and welcome every time I visit. The Groves is ALWAYS clean and smells nice. The attention to detail from the staff is above and beyond. Jo makes sure my Moms medical needs are always met, Melissa is always available to answer any questions, Laura always makes sure there are fun activities, Brent makes sure the facility is always in a good state of repair, Chris makes sure everything is safe. Residents are encouraged to be involved and outings occur every week. If I had to be in a facility this is the one I would choose for myself!
