I'd like to recognize Lorie the Activities Director, for being talented, tireless, and an all-around first-class human being. Lily and Alissa are energetic, warm, and loving, fussing over my mom as if she's a family member. Nurse Shannon is patient, professional, and very sweet-natured. Thanks to Kevin for being highly responsive to room requests for my mom. Many more compassionate caregivers go above and beyond at Concord, and I'll try to gather their names and give them a shout-out as well!

I've worked at Concord Place for almost a year and I can honestly say that the caregivers I work with are some of the best I've worked with in my 30+ years in health care. Angie has the gentlest soul and brings a calm to the environment that residents really feed off of. Kayla is a tiny little caregiver that has the strength of 10 men and will advocate for her residents until the end. Rosa is a caregiver of few words that picks up so many extra shifts to help the team out and always insists on doing what needs to be done for her residents. Courtney is another strong caregiver that truly has so much patience with the residents and treats them as if they were her family. She is always a person we can go to for help. Yvonne is so dependable I know if she's there tasks with be completed and in a timely manner. Sheliyah is the newest member to our shift and goes with the flow and does whatever needs to be done with a smile on her face. I'm so grateful to have these coworkers and could never do my job with out them.

I would like to give a shout out to Angie Smith, one of the caregivers at Concord Place. She has been so loving and gentle with my mother. She has been very helpful to me and my family. Although my mother requires a high level of care, she does not treat her as an imposition but instead treats her with kindness and compassion. She is a model for others in her interactions. My mother has been at Concord Place Memory Care for a long time. And she has received excellent care there for many years. We will be sad to leave this place.

I recently visited my father in your care and was impressed with quite a few of your employees, especially Casey. She was positive and smiling every time I saw her, she seemed to know where and when she was needed and always ready to help. I could see that I was not the only one who noticed her many capabilities, the residents love her and she always treats them with respect
