Arbor Terrace of Knoxville

I recently had the opportunity to visit Arbor Terrace, and I was genuinely impressed by the level of care and attention provided to residents. The staff consistently demonstrated professionalism, compassion, and a true commitment to creating a welcoming environment. What stood out most was how friendly and approachable the staff are. The staff regularly go above and beyond to ensure residents feel comfortable, respected, and engaged. Whether it’s assisting with daily needs, organizing activities, or simply spending extra time with residents who need companionship, their dedication is evident in every interaction. Overall, this facility sets a high standard for Senior living. Families can feel confident knowing their loved ones are in a supportive, caring, and attentive environment.

I had a wonderful experience visiting Arbor while helping my parents find a new place to call home. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that the staff truly care about the residents and take pride in what they do. Everyone I encountered was warm, attentive, and genuinely kind. It really feels like a place filled with compassion and respect, which is important for my parents. One thing that stood out most is how much the staff seem to love where they work. That positive energy creates such a welcoming and comforting environment, which I think makes a huge difference for residents and their families. She was knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly thoughtful, making sure every question was answered and every detail was highlighted. Her passion and dedication really shined through. Everyone at Arbor Terrace is clearly doing something special, and it shows in every interaction.

My sister has been living at Arbor Terrace for two years. She moved here from another state to be close to me as her health began to decline. It soon became clear that she could not manage an apartment on her own. Together we began to look at Assisted Living facilities; we both decided that Arbor Terrace was where she needed to be. And were we ever right! Part of my sister's problem was a tendency to isolate. But at Arbor, she began to make friends and join in activities. When a devastating health problem arose about nine months ago, the Arbor staff walked that dicey road with us. When my sister was able to return after a long hospitalization, the Arbor staff welcomed her back with warmth and sincerity. She truly felt like she was "coming home." Her continued steady improvement is largely due to the caring efforts of the staff and the special services and attention with which they surrounded her. All of us just want to be loved; at Arbor Terrace, my sister is. I could not ask for more. And I am very grateful!

Arbor Terrace is a wonderful community with a warm , caring staff who truly puts residents first. Communications with families is always supportive and clear. I highly recommend Arbor Terrace to anyone looking for quality care with a peace of mind. My mother was with Arbor for five years before passing .
