The Fremont Senior Living

My sister has lived here for over a year. They treat her like family and take very good care of her. Anthony Argenta is The Director of Nursing. He is a true Servant Leader, and is professional, kind, and serious about quality patient care. He strives to hire only kind and professional staff. Amy, and LeighAnn are hard working, funny and help my sister every day. They go out of their way to see that she has what she needs. It’s a hard job , and they are consistently there for her. Her housekeeper always keeps her room and laundry spotless. Her chef James cooks her anything she wants. The dining Room is open 7 AM to 7 Pm, so people can go eat whenever they want to. It’s all about the residents. They don’t have to be on anyone’s else’s schedule with meals. I have never found this dining arrangement anywhere else in Springfield. There is a beauty shop and nice gym where she can go anytime. Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and even her Primary care providers come to see her there. The facility is small enough that it feels like a family more than an institution. My sister is happy and content there. She feels safe and secure. I am a retired Nurse Practitioner, so I do have high standards and expectations for quality patient care. Anthony and his staff always provide the best care I know of in Springfield, Mo. We moved our Mother to the Fremont Assisted Living in June 2026. This place is absolutely wonderful and the staff are top notch! Everyone has been very professional, friendly, kind and eager to help when needed! It is evident staff genuinely care about their residents. All staff (from the front desk, dining room, maintenence to Nursing) call residents by their first name. The food is also excellent and so are all of the dining room staff. A special thanks to Anthony & Sierra for giving us the initial tour and answering all of our questions, and to Cathy & Anita for always greeting our family with a warm smile when we walk through the door. Lastly, a huge thank you to Anthony Argenta, Wellness Director, for being on top of absolutely everything and the kindness and compassion he exhibits during each and every interaction with our family. Most importantly, our Mom loves being at the Fremont and has made many friends in the short time she's been there!

Really happy with this place. The staff are so kind and caring, and they really seem to care about the residents. Everyone is friendly, and there’s a really positive, welcoming atmosphere. It’s nice knowing the people here are treated with respect and genuinely looked after. The director Anthony Argenta is absolutely the best! He will answer all of your questions and concerns. I feel confident we made the right decision in choosing this care facility!

I honestly cannot say enough wonderful things about this facility and the people who work here. When you have loved ones residing somewhere, you want to know they are being cared for, respected, and treated with genuine compassion. That peace of mind is priceless. I especially want to recognize Anthony Argenta. Anthony has been such a reassuring presence and has created an environment where I feel completely comfortable bringing forward questions, concerns, or anything that may be on my mind regarding my family. He listens without making you feel like you’re being difficult or asking too many questions, and he takes the time to make sure you feel heard and understood. There is something incredibly comforting about knowing you can speak openly when it comes to the people you love most. Anthony’s compassion, patience, and willingness to communicate have meant more to me and my family than he probably realizes. I am so grateful for the care, communication, and kindness we’ve experienced. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a place where their loved ones can feel safe, cared for, and valued.
