We found that all of the staff at The Arbors at Ravenwood were very professional, very efficient, and very nice to work with. The staff was extremely helpful to our Mother, Pauline, even though she a bit argumentative at times. We brag to anyone that will listen, on how the staff does so well with the dementia patients. We found that all of the AmeriCare properties that we visited were very professional and caring. We brag about the “corporate culture” that AmeriCare and developed within their facilities. My father passed away unexpectedly and we needed to find a place for my mother as she is unable to care for herself. Everyone has been so caring and wonderful to work with and helped us out to get her in quickly. She has been well taken care of and their activities make living there very enjoyable. Thank you to all of the staff and administrators for taking such good care of our Mom!

My partner comes home from this job to tell me how terrible there shift was they have bed bugs the can't get rid of the management doesn't listen to staff at all and they play favorites pay is not well it took a year just for my partner to even make the average pay for this area her coworkers treat the job like it's a high School and get upset at the most trivial things I hear the most insane horror stories coming out this place I know that a specific worker there is constantly stealing from resident and the management doesn't do anything about it I hope others can see this review and not bring the family's a loved ones here because the management there does not care about your family they only care bout making there bonuses they will put residents on hospice just so they dont lose them thats sicking they allow harassment to continue from coworker to coworker and the residents treat the staff equally unwell I assume from the lack of care they receive and they let this harassment go on even though its been reported on multiple times this can't be aloud to continue they keep residents that should be moved to a skilled facility just to keep body's in the building to meet there bottom dollar the cooks do not care about feeding your loved ones good meals they and pay for they will make disgusting choices that make no since to feed them im tired of this place not taking accountability I hope someone sees this review so they dont take there family's here and I hope management see this and wakes up to the reality there putting these folks through your not good people and you should feel ashamed my partner should not have to check themselves before coming home to make sure there not bringing bed bugs home that's absurd you don't even pay enough for that shame on you for letting such a disgusting environment unfold

Ravenwood is a truly wonderful community. Alecia who is the administrator at Ravenwood is very warm and caring. She, along with the entire staff, makes you feel welcome and just like family. It's wonderful to know that I can refer my clients to Ravenwood and have peace of mind that they will receive the best in care.
