I Had the wonderful opportunity to visit the Contemporary last month for a dear friend and I was so pleasantly surprised at how lovely the place was. Parking was easy and free, the Lobby was like entering a 5 Star hotel. The front desk was kind and helpful directing me where to go and all the time I visited I saw and met with very happy and satisfied residents and their quests. The entire facility was immaculate and I could really tell that the staff cared about what they doing. There was a well appointed cafe off the lobby entrance and a coffee and fresh juice station as well as a game room, big screen tv viewing room and a very nicely arranged library and craft making room. What a nice healthy energy the Contemporary was giving off and I could tell that the residents were loving it.

This place is simply AWESOME!…Beautifully designed, sparkling environment, happy residents and the most caring staff. Ivan Jimenez is the perfect example of professionalism, positive attitude and outgoing personality. You can see how much he enjoys this place and gives his best effort and dedication to each resident. Well done “The Contemporary” and AMAZING staff! The Contemporary is truly a gem in Miami and a game-changer for senior living! From the moment you walk in, you can feel the thought and care that went into creating this incredible community. The design is fresh and modern, with a vibrant atmosphere that makes every day feel special. The amenities are second to none—it’s like living in a boutique hotel, complete with fabulous dining options, exciting social activities, and a resort-like vibe. The staff goes above and beyond to make everyone feel at home, and the residents are some of the friendliest, most welcoming people you’ll meet. What I love most is the carefree, all-inclusive pricing. It gives both residents and their families true peace of mind, knowing everything is taken care of. The Contemporary has truly raised the bar for senior living, and I can’t recommend it enough!

This home for seniors is absolutely amazing. The facilities are thoughtfully designed to provide comfort, safety, and a sense of well-being for our loved ones. From the moment we arrived, the sales team was incredibly helpful, answering all of our questions with patience and kindness, making us feel at ease right away. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and it’s clear that the staff truly cares about the residents. It’s a vibrant place where our elders can enjoy their days surrounded by love, respect, and joy. I couldn’t recommend it more. Truly a home away from home!
