Ahava Senior Residences, is a community filled with warmth and care. From the moment you enter, you feel the love that permeates every corner. The staff are truly exceptional caring, attentive, and devoted to every resident. I would like to acknowledge Summer and Anthony for their outstanding commitment to the community, and Daniel, our Activities Director, whose generosity and sunny spirit brighten everyone’s day. The activities program is thoughtfully planned and consistently engaging, with lively outdoor music and a variety of events that bring joy to residents. The care staff, including Gabbie, are genuinely wonderful and attentive to each family’s needs. I appreciate how the community offers inclusive programs, with Spanish activities led by Claudia and Jewish programs organized by Daniel, ensuring there is something meaningful for everyone. I wholeheartedly recommend this remarkable community.

The new Ahava is a beautiful place to put your loved ones, the entire staff is really kind and caring to seniors and is the best I have seen. The care run by the head nurse Grace is truly amazing. Ricki the new owner is very down to earth and kind to every single resident plus the staff, she is one of a kind and truly lives up to her work. The front desk staff is very welcoming. I also want to recognize the heart of the building, Daniel the activity director, he plans the most amazing activities and gets every resident involved. I love the daily happy hour and live music and the different religious services like shabbat and a priest that comes on sunday to do sunday service. Daniel and Claudia is the perfect match for entertaining the residents. This new community really meets up to new standards and I am proud to have my loved ones there. I thank all the staff who worked hard and cater to the residents needs. I couldn’t recommend enough to come here! Amazing place!

My family member is a resident at The Colonial (formerly The Sterling Aventura), and choosing an assisted living facility was one of the hardest decisions I’ve had to make. After visiting several places, we chose this one because of the warmth and genuine care we felt from the staff. The transition was smooth, the apartments are beautiful, and the team has been top tier. We recently reached 10 months, and I truly sleep better knowing he is well cared for. His care has since transitioned to memory care, and that team has been wonderful. Any concerns we had were addressed quickly. Being a caregiver is not easy, but it truly feels like a family environment here. Our family truly appreciates the care they provide. We just celebrated a wonderful 88th birthday and the team decorated and prepared for us a beautiful area for our family gathering! Grateful ♥️

The Ahava Residency has one of the most caring staff I have ever seen. They go above and beyond for caring residents and those who need help. Daniel the activity director is like the life of the building and plans amazing activities (In fact one of the best I’ve seen!). He goes around with his loud voice (LOL) and says I need you! I need you! and the residents face lights up. My mother was in the hospital and Daniel calls and visits her everyday which is super amazing!! Ricki the new owner is super nice and caring, and is totally like Daniel. They both share the same values. I strongly recommend this place!!
