My dad has been living in MIRABELLE for 4 years. Overall, it’s been a great place for him. There are lots of activities and interesting people who live there. I just visited and noted Sara, from the front desk, was missing. She out on leave and I was sad not to connect with her. She takes good care of my dad and if I call with a request or concern, she always follows up. Albertina is also very helpful.

If I have to congratulate someone it would have to be the whole staff. Starting from Dining personnel, Lobby employees, Abel , trainer from the gym. He has helped my husband immensely. The cleaning personnel do a great job. And last but not least Sarah George. She has worked for Mirabelle many years. She is very caring and patient. Finally you have a great staff that makes one feel at home

I moved my loved one into Mirabelle almost 2 years ago and it wasn’t an easy transition. The staff, nurses and administrators were with me every step of the way and continue to support my loved one through her journey. The Mirabelle community has been an excellent fit for her thus far. The Executive Director, Linda, has been very accessible when I have had larger questions and been professional and courteous. The staff on the independent living, ALF and Memory care floors are very loving. I have to give a huge shout out to Ileana on the memory care floor who is one of the kindest, energetic and most wonderful people I have EVER met! Olive, Carmel, Gypsy and so many others are just a few examples of the truly outstanding staff there who work so hard to make it a great place to be for those who need a safe and nurturing space. I would highly recommend this community to independent, assisted or memory care.

This is for Jackie our chauffeur who is just fabulous with everyone , she has the patience to deal with all of us , she is wonderful… I would like to recognize Abel the fitness instructor who really understands his job and is the best trainer we have ever had.he undert the senior body and knows what we can do and can’t do and makes everyone feel special ! Claudia the lead server is wonderful And my housekeeper Esmeralda does a fantastic job cleaning my apartment I have had her for 3 years and she is special to me.
