Every time I visit the club in Briarcliff Manor during the day/night, I’m always warmly welcomed by Lydia’s presence. Her professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail consistently stand out. She has a way of making everyone feel at home , always greeting guests with a genuine smile and offering the kind of warm hospitality that truly enhances the experience. Lydia is incredibly effective at what she does. Everything always feels calm, organized, and inviting when she’s around, and it’s clear she takes pride in ensuring that members are well taken care of. Her grace and attentiveness never go unnoticed. It’s always a pleasure to walk through the doors knowing she’ll be there. Lidia brings a special energy to the club, and I truly appreciate the positive atmosphere she helps create every single time I visit.

The overall experience at The Club has been wonderful. Lydia Larsen at the front desk sets the tone and goes above and beyond to be helpful and supportive to everyone. Her genuine kindness and warmth is so appreciated. Deniz Brousseau has also been outstanding and they are so attentive to everyone making the experience a true pleasure. They are professional and compassionate which is not easy to find in today’s world. Our family is grateful to The Club for having a staff that makes a difference.

Lydia is the type of person you would hope to meet at the concierge’s desk. She listens carefully and is very attentive and helpful. She is reassuring and pleasant and able to offer assistance with a wide range of problems, big or small. She is very competent. When family & friends ask me what it’s like at The Club, one of the things I describe is the way the staff is so consistently warm, personal, attentive, helpful, thoughtful, & special for their contribution to our feeling as “at home” as possible even though we’re living in an environment that most of us probably never envisioned or would’ve chosen for ourselves 10 years ago. And I want to say that a staff stand-out is Lydia at The Concierge Desk, who I think of with gratitude for her unfailing helpfulness & the way she radiates a generous, welcoming warmth. The Club does an amazing job for attracting & hiring so many people like Lydia!
