My mother has been at Atria for some time now, and I can honestly say we couldn't have asked for a better place for her memory care needs. The director is truly outstanding—very hands-on, easy to talk to, friendly, and always open and receptive to any questions or concerns we’ve had. It makes a big difference knowing leadership is so approachable and involved. The nursing staff is excellent—consistently on top of things and clearly very experienced. We’ve always felt confident in the level of medical attention and responsiveness. The daily care staff is also wonderful. They’re compassionate, attentive, and truly seem to care about the residents as individuals. The quality of care my mom receives gives me real peace of mind. Highly recommend this facility to any family seeking professional, compassionate memory care for a loved one

Atria Briarcliff Manor has been a safe haven for mom this past year. It was not an easy decision to move her to Memory Care. We researched and visited other Assisted Living/Memory Care facilities but once we toured the Memory Care unit at Atria in Briarcliff Manor and met Its Director, Desiree Pacheco and saw her interactions with its residents , we knew we found the right place. The Memory Care unit is clean , bright , secure and limited to approximately 18 rooms. In addition it has a secured outside patio with a park view. There are always activities to keep the residents engaged. We sleep well at night knowing mom is safe. All staff, reception, medical, nursing , wellness assistants and the Life Guidance Director all contribute to a positive experience for mom and her family.

Atria Briarcliff Manor has been the best possible choice for mom. This is a very well run senior living community who really care deeply about the residents. The leadership team and entire wellness staff are all so kind, patient and attentive. Special thanks to Kate, Elissa, Joellen, Desiree, Modana, Bridget, Angela, Chef Maria (very good food!), Dino, the lady that runs bingo and... Steven, Matthew and Barbara at front desk. Thank you for everything you all do. We made the best possible choice!

Over the past 3 years, I've been researching and touring many places for my 80+ year old mom. The Atria at Briarcliff Manor tops them all. It's not about the great food, nor the plentiful activities, nor the cleanliness of the property, these are all table stakes and should be expected. For me it's the staff! From top to bottom, they CARE! My mother's journey to the Atria was a tough one (still is on some days), she's a tough "cookie", and did NOT want to leave her lonely condo. However, the caring and attentive staff made this journey so much easier. I wish to especially thank Kate, Elissa, Desiree, Joellen, Bridget, Maggie, Barbara, Alice and Steve (sorry I may have missed others) for always being available (I call a lot), patient, helpful and kind to my mom, my brother and me. THANK YOU!
