It was a pleasure dealing with Teresa Hamlett and getting to know the Claiborne. We got a very strong impression that the residents were happy and leadership/management folks were attuned to details that matter. We are very comfortable and confident making it my mom’s new home.

We had a lovely tour today with Teresa, who is amazing and very realistic with expectations. She knew everybody that was walking around and they knew her. You could definitely feel that they care deeply about the residents. Also, all of the residents were very friendly and welcoming to us as we toured some of their apartments. Overall great experience!

The Claiborne is such a beautiful place! Teresa was a wonderful resource when we were looking for places for my mom. And Tiffany is amazing and is truly part of our family!! Knowing that my mom is getting the care she needs and getting loved on by the staff makes all the difference. Lastly, the memory care area there is so sweet. I know if my mom has to move to that next level, she will be in a place where she is loved and cared for. She really has transitioned easily into a fuller life at The Claiborne.

I was given a lovely tour of the facilities. I was pleased with the recreational options, beauty of the building itself including the courtyard, and available transportation available if needed. Seeing a unit was so helpful. I could see my husband and I being happy here when the time comes for a move. The atmosphere is comfortable, welcoming, and cheerful. The tour answered all my questions for this stage of our search. So happy small dogs are accepted, too! Thank you for a positive experience.
