I have only great things to say about this facility. Everything is done to the highest standards. All of the staff members are extremely pleasant, caring, and kind. Susan, Meghan, and especially Victoria are amazing people who consistently go above and beyond what is expected. My dad has been a resident for almost three years, and he is extremely happy there. It gives our family great peace of mind knowing he is so well cared for. The Arbor is a wonderful place, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a caring and supportive senior living community.

Wanted to share some pictures of the residents planting their vegetable garden at Arbor Terrace Monmouth. Some residents visited The Plant Place studio and created mini gardens and had a brown bag lunch.

I am so excited that Arbor Company has another place in Monmouth County! I was so happy to hear that Megan from the Shrewsbury facility is Executive Director. She ran that facility so well. Staff was attentive to all the resident’s needs. Residents were happy and the place was immaculate. I am a Health Consultant and I have the utmost trust in this company. So much, that I could easily recommend these facilities to my friends and family.

My family’s experience with Arbor Terrace Monmouth Shrewsbury has been wonderful. From the moment we walked through the doors, we were impressed by the warm, welcoming atmosphere and the genuine care shown by every member of the staff. One of the things we appreciate most about Arbor Terrace Monmouth Shrewsbury is the peace of mind we have knowing our mother is truly well cared for. The staff is attentive.
