I have only great things to say about this facility. Everything is done to the highest standards. All of the staff members are extremely pleasant, caring, and kind. Susan, Meghan, and especially Victoria are amazing people who consistently go above and beyond what is expected. My dad has been a resident for almost three years, and he is extremely happy there. It gives our family great peace of mind knowing he is so well cared for. The Arbor is a wonderful place, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a caring and supportive senior living community.

I recently had the opportunity to place a very special couple at Arbor Terrace Monmouth, and I cannot say enough about the care and intentionality shown by Victoria and her team. This was a particularly complex situation. The husband required a higher level of memory care, while the wife remained independent — and her greatest wish was that they stay together through this transition. Many communities were unable to accommodate their unique needs. Victoria went above and beyond to thoughtfully craft a personalized care plan that honored both of them. She listened. She collaborated. She problem-solved. Most importantly, she treated this couple with dignity and compassion. Today, they are settled. He is receiving the support he needs. She maintains her independence. And they are together enjoying their new home together — just as they hoped. That kind of individualized care is rare, and I am truly grateful to have found this family at Arbor Terrace Monmouth.

Wanted to share some pictures of the residents planting their vegetable garden at Arbor Terrace Monmouth. Some residents visited The Plant Place studio and created mini gardens and had a brown bag lunch.

I've been a guest here since before the change of hands and all I can say are positive things. The staff is welcoming and kind. The residents and I connect so well. Their activities director is always giving residents a fun atmosphere to live in. If you or your loved one is considering moving here, I couldn't recommend a better place!
