The facility is warm, welcoming, and beautifully maintained, offering a safe and supportive environment for our loved one. What truly sets Arbor Terrace apart is the staff—and I want to give a special shoutout to Jenna S., who went above and beyond for us. Jenna was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the entire process. She answered every question, made sure we felt comfortable, and treated our family with genuine care and respect. We couldn't be happier with our experience at Arbor Terrace(assistant living) From the moment we walked in, we felt a sense of warmth and comfort. The staff has been incredible-kind, attentive, and truly caring. They go out of their way to make everyone feel at home and well taken care of. The room is bright, clean, and beautifully maintained-far beyond what we expected. It immediately felt like a real home, not just a place to stay. But what truly makes this place special is the community. The other residents are friendly and welcoming, and there's always something engaging going on, from activities and vocal gatherings. The peace of mind this has brought to us is priceless. We are so grateful to have found a place where our loved one is not only well cared for but also happy and thriving. Highly recommend! I can’t say enough great things about Arbor Terrace in Shrewsbury. The staff is warm, attentive, and truly dedicated. The facility is beautiful and welcoming, and most importantly, my parents are thriving. Since moving in, they’ve received excellent medical care—daily medications, regular check-ups, and quick responses to any questions or concerns. They’re eating well, feeling better, and genuinely enjoying life again. The team goes above and beyond every day. From the friendly front desk to the compassionate nurses and doctors, Arbor Terrace has been the best decision for our family. Highly recommend!

We moved our father into Arbor Terrace earlier this year after several falls it became evident he was no longer able to live safely at home even with in-home care. From our first visit to Arbor Terrace, we were impressed with the great & friendly staff, the layout and cleanliness of the community, the amenities and how welcome we felt. Having owned a senior care business for the past 14+ years I have seen many senior care communities and I can honestly say Arbor Terrace is among the best I’ve seen and one I would highly recommend to anyone looking to place their loved one.
