Recently had the positive experience of placing our Dad in The Bristol Community for Senior Care. The staff was welcoming and provided some great options, making the transition reasonable and easy on the family. Our Dad is adjusting and currently enjoying the food and some activities. There’s a full agenda , daily calendar of things offered to provide social interaction. Our family feels Dad is safe and in very capable hands. There’s staff has been wonderful, engaging and very patient

I’ve had the opportunity to visit the community several times, and each visit has truly touched my heart. From the moment you walk in, you can feel the warmth and care that fills the space. Jennifer, the Reflection Director, pours so much dedication, compassion, and genuine love into both her residents and staff. It’s clear that this isn’t just a job for her — it’s a calling. Seeing the way she leads with kindness brings such a deep sense of comfort and reassurance. The Reflections community looks absolutely beautiful, and the staff is always welcoming, attentive, and incredibly helpful. It’s the kind of place where you can truly feel safe knowing your loved ones are cared for with dignity and heart.

The Bristal at Wayne is beautiful, warm, and very welcoming. We’re still in the preparation stages for our mom, but after touring, we truly feel it’s the best option for her future. Amy gave a thorough tour, answered all of our questions, and made us feel comfortable throughout the process. Would definitely recommend!
