The Brant at Oswego Please don't trust this facility. I did and I was so wrong. My husband needed round the clock care and this assisted living facility that was being built seemed to be the answer to our prayers. It promised to be gorgeous and state of the art, right in the downtown of our town. So we put a $500 deposit down and became gold key members. That was almost two years ago. Then came all of the building delays. But we held in there and trusted them. When we shouldn't have. My husband had to be moved to a different facility. Then into hospice. He literally died waiting for The Brant. Then I asked for our deposit back. I was told it might take 30 days to process. Upsetting, but I waited. And waited. And waited. Nothing came. It's been seven weeks. I reached out, which meant more tears for me having to revisit my husband's recent death. Still no answer. I then reached out to the regional manager, who promised results that day. I was told I'd receive an immediate call back with a check in the mail that day. That also turned out to be a lie. Now I've found out that building has ceased. Please, if you or someone you know has a deposit with them, I'd suggest contacting them. I'm currently in contact with the mayor's office.

The Brant will be one of the premier places on the western burbs for seniors when it opens. The staff there are all very nice, the cottages are spacious and beautifully decorated. We can’t wait for it to open to the public.

Their cottages are BEAUTIFUL! I toured with Alisha and these are the perfect balance of comfortable spaces and convenient maintenace free living.

The Brant is going to be the premier senior living choice for the Western Suburbs of Chicago. I personally met Alisha while Marketing for our Home Care business and she was very informative, personable, and friendly! The Brant will have amazing things to offer the community and I am excited to see it completed!
