I am an independent caregiver and senior companion, and I’ve had the opportunity to work with several residents and staff members at The Bluffs. I’ve truly enjoyed what I’ve seen. The team is attentive, communicative, and genuinely responsive to residents’ needs. The facility itself is beautiful, welcoming, and offers engaging, interactive spaces for residents to enjoy. When I have a client who is considering assisted living, I confidently recommend The Bluffs. It’s clear they care about their community and the quality of life of the people who live there.

Elizabeth at The Bluffs Senior Living is truly exceptional. Though she is young, she is incredibly sharp, knowledgeable, and far beyond her years in professionalism and compassion. What stands out most is how deeply she loves what she does—and it shows in every interaction. She is attentive, patient, warm, and genuinely invested in the well-being of both residents and their families. You immediately feel a sense of trust and comfort knowing someone like Elizabeth is there, caring with both heart and excellence. The Bluffs itself is nothing short of impressive. It is not just a senior living community—it feels like a luxury resort designed with intention, dignity, and joy in mind. They truly have it all: beautiful surroundings, outstanding amenities, thoughtful programming, and a level of care that makes residents feel valued, respected, and at home. It’s a place where loved ones don’t just live—they thrive. Choosing The Bluffs means choosing peace of mind, quality, and a vibrant, elevated lifestyle for those you care about most! You won’t be disappointed.

My husband has been in memory care for a year. The Bluffs is five minutes from my house so I stop by frequently to see him. He is very happy there. I think it’s good to stop by and monitor things to make sure he’s being well cared for. For the most part it’s been a very positive experience. Because we are all human, it is inevitable that there will be miscommunications. There have been and they have all been resolved equitably. What I didn’t realize before I put him in there is how good it would be for him to be around people like him. Keeping him at home limited his socialization. All the people in memory care sit together every day. They know each other. They listen to each other. That kind of camaraderie is important. He feels cared for and happy. Originally, I thought I would be able to take care of him until his end. I simply could not do it. I had a tremendous amount of guilt when I put him in there. What I now realize is that it was absolutely the best thing for him. In my home, he was watching TV alone all day while I was buzzing all around him doing other things. The energy level that I have was stressful for him. He is very calm and happy there. I make sure I say hello to everyone when I visit because I am there very frequently. He loves the activities even though he sits and really doesn’t participate. He’s always in the circle. This is a community of people who have dementia who recognize it in each other and are kind to each other. The staff is mostly pleasant and engaging.
