My father just moved into the location on Maple Road in the Greater Buffalo Area, and I find the staff I've run into to be pleasant and courteous, the ground reasonably clean, and the residents friendly. Personally, I think the apartments are a little small, but satisfactory for the aged population (as in, much easier to maintain). My only negative observation is that he's been there over a week and housekeeping has not come by to clean, which I was told is a weekly service.

Our family is extremely pleased with our decision to place my Mom in the care of Amberleigh. With Mom coming from Florida after the recent hurricane, we were grateful to have Joy Crawford guiding and supporting us through the difficult time. Joy was accessible, patient, and took the time to answer any and all of our questions. She helped us through the entire process and helped to ensure Mom's transition was as easy and comfortable as possible. Joy's professionalism and sincerity, along with the competent and caring nursing staff of Magnolia Trails, we are truly grateful for Amberleigh and will continue to share our wonderful experience with others.

Carpeting in hall ways stained terribly, odor in hallways , dirty. Food is awful in the dining hall. Needs improvement. Too much Rice, food not hot, does not look appetizing. Felt sorry for the friend I visited. These people have meal time to look forward to, and when the food is lousy it gives them a sense the people running the place care very little for those living there. Many do not come down to eat. For what these people pay to live here, I think the owners can do way better.

I am insanely disappointed in the overall care and maintenance of the building. The carpets are so dirty with stains everywhere carpet fraying in entryway and in door transitions which is a huge safety risk. One of the main rooms to spend time in has all the chairs pushed up against the wall. The elevators have a distinct odor to them as well . I have been a regular here for a long time as my grandmother is a resident and I can honestly say It has seriously gone down hill with the change of ownership. So incredibly disappointed.
